Quickstop Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I am absolutely furious 😠 I tried ordering panzerottis on Saturday by phone and through skip. But when I didn't get through I drove over and the store was closed. This in itself isn't the worst part, but the fact that they fulfilled my skip order today on Wednesday is ridiculous. I got charged for panzerottis I don't even get to eat as I don't live in london and was only visiting for the weekend. Who fulfills an order 4 days late?

My family has been getting panzerottis from quick stop since they opened, it's literally the only panzerotti I'll eat. But it's been hell catching them when they are open. First no menu sent with order after asking 2 times on phone. I ordered 2 pizza's both extra suace only seem to have a little extra. Both medium pizza's only had about 1/4 cup of cheese literally did not have cheese on half of both pizza's. Both pizza's under cooked. The only reason I even give 1 star is because of the delivery speed & the person that did was very nice. Both pizza's the toppings you could count how many pieces of each topping. When I say count I say 8 of each. Really cheap pizza for outrageous price.

I paid $30 for pizza bread sauce tiny bit of of cheese & a few toppings ohh sorry 4 pops I gusee that was the $30 pop. If I had to do it all over again not chance.

I'm very disappointed after calling and talking to the manager about our order. My hubby and I ordered 2 panzerottis and a small pizza. I cut into my panzo and the ingredients were lacking big time. I called to see if we could get a credit and the manager pretty much called me a liar saying he was the one that made them. He says he counts out the pepperoni. There couldn't have been more than 5 and he says he doesn't put less than 8. Not only was it lacking pepperoni, but the other toppings. We ordered deluxe. He didn't seem to care. I took a photo and wanted to send it to him, but he still didn't believe me. I didn't get anywhere. I told him I was going to do a review. He wasn't phased. Poor customer service. Wish I could...
