Best anime store in London and one of my favorite places downtown. I bought Danganronpa and Miraculous Ladybug manga for fair prices. They even had a Mikan Tsumiki figure for $70 which was much cheaper than any other Danganronpa figures I could find. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends who love anime and manga. I also hope more Danganronpa items would be available though

As a Gunpla builder for 2+ years now I visit Rob 'n the Gang as much as I can. They've got great prices, are SUPER friendly, and have as much love for what they sell as any customer who walks through the door. If you're into Anime of ANY type, you'd be silly to pass up this place. (Side note: Star Wars lovers....looking to build X-wings and Tie-Fighters?....they've got those too!)

My kids LOVE this store! Everything for their manga needs as well as wishes & wants! The gift certificates they give here have a hard time getting lost-(they use a dvd movie case). If your kids are into animé like mine, you NEED to shop here for them!

Hi. I've come to this store twice. First visit was a quick grab and a good way for me to get acquainted with the store. I looked around and just browsed things I was interested in and actually left with a figure that I wanted. The store itself is well maintained and is totally awesome to just look around and they sections for everyone and anyone with tons of options to choose from manga to DVD's to figures etc. Definitely an awesome store.

Now flash forward 2 weeks to my second visit was tonight, Wednesday the 22nd and I'm going to say this. The store was still maintained and was still awesome to walk into. Overall it was an over the top experience and was so because of the woman working (I am terrible with names! I'm truly sorry!) She was totally radical and cool! And made for an over the top experience! From when I walked in to when I left it felt like I'd been there a million times. She was totally polite, comfortable to be around and completely helpful with what I was looking for and wanted. For the first time in a long time I felt like I was conversing with someone I've known forever, and even after my purchase I was able to stand there and continue to have a conversation and she was totally awesome to talk with and I felt like more than just a customer. Will definitely be back and especially on Wednesday's!

Overall my rating reflects my opinion and the experiences I had MYSELF with the store and employee working. So in conclusion I would totally recommend this shop for ALL anime fans and enthusiasts alike and help this incredible store out. It's the only anime store in London and I wouldn't have it...

Awesome and only spot in London, Ontario to find your favourite Japanese anime store. The last time when I came here just a couple months ago. I picked up two anime posters. One is Gundam Seed and the other is Final Fantasy 13. They are cheaper and has plastic to protect it besides the paper ones. Neo Tokyo carries a lot of Gundam Seed Destiny merchandise since it is my favourite anime when I was growing up as a kid. Stores like Hot Topic and Spencer’s at Masonville Mall does not carry Gundam Seed stuff, but Hot Topic has a lot of selections of anime. Their t-shirte are overprice that is almost $30.00 each while Neo Tokyo is half the price similar to the prices of clothes you buy at Winners or Marshall’s. But their t-shirts have bigger selections at Hot Topic in Masonville Mall as they have Studio Ghibli, Bleach, Dragon Ball Z, you name it. When I come back to Neo Tokyo next time when I have the money. I will buy more Gundam Seed Destiny stuff. I would recommend this business for those who wants anime stuff. Friendly staffs and knowledgeable of their passion for their anime business. I will support...

Very dark and claustrophobic inside. Had a very large range of manga on one side of the store, and the other, a moderate selection of figures, however most of the figures were prize figures, and some of the moderately priced ones were in a display cabinet, hard to see them clearly. Most, if not all, of the figures were taken out of their boxes for display.

I perhaps would have purchased something, as I do enjoy collecting anime figures for my office, and I don't have any stores near where I live, but I was turned off when a seemingly homeless man came into the store, and wanted to buy something for $5. We literally stayed at the back of the store until he went further to the back on the other side so we could leave. Very uncomfortable feeling, and totally tarnished any positive view I had on the place.

I can understand being hospitable to everyone, including the down trodden, but there also has to be a line drawn. I know I'll probably never visit here again if I'm...
