TLDR: 3 stars for service & atmosphere because I just picked up my food and left. Nothing was above and beyond which is fine & not expected. Pizza was cooked very well and toppings were generous. Wings were delicious even without sauce
I almost didn’t order from here because of some of the reviews saying they mess up orders and don’t care to fix them/have rude customer service.
Im so happy I didn’t listen to them and I slightly feel like those reviewers may have been rude initially and just had their energy met. Or they dealt with different staff than I did but who knows.
I was a little nervous at first because when I called to make my order the girl that answered the phone just got straight to business with am I picking up or delivering rather than starting with hello which did at first make me think “damn the review ppl are right” so that would be my only critique is to start with a traditional “Hi gustos pizza what could I get for you” type greeting
However, when I picked up my pizza both staff were welcoming towards me. They didn’t seem to mind when I asked to look at it, the guy asked me what I thought and I said it looked so good and that was about it for our interaction.
Myself, mom and brother all had some we all enjoyed it. My mom said she’s going to keep ordering here going forward.
So yeah the bad reviews are prob haters with bad interpersonal, communication and/or conflict resolutions skills. To be fair tho it was my first time, first order so next time I’m in london I’ll order again and see if it’s as good as this time or I’ll see what my moms says if it’s sooner and make...

SOOOO MADD! MY SPOUSE AND I WALKED ALL THE WAY TO YOUR PIZZA STORE AT NIGHT BECAUSE YOUR WEB SITE SAID LARGE ONE TOPPING $6.99 !!!! Bad experience overall, and my first time personally eating at Gustos. My friend recommended we ordered from them because she’s went for pick up a few times. So we ordered two pizzas for delivery, 4 toppings for each but I only selected 3.
The pizzas came over cooked, and what appeared to be 1 topping, so skimpy for cheese (one was triple cheese so you’d expect it to be cheesy and warm, it was dry and over cooked). My friend said this is NOTHING like pick up - this pizza is gross.
It was very mediocre, I told my friends there is no taste? No taste for the marinara sauce, no flavour from cheese or toppings. Felt like I was chewing on breadsticks with a little dip to be totally honest. One of the worst experiences for pizza besides Romano’s Pizza and Wings in which they gave me food poisoning, took extra 45 minutes than original order time, gave me a 5 inch tall loaf of bread for my pizza and are running like 10 businesses from one location under same business.
Will not be ordering from here in the future unfortunately. When I check the latest reviews, it seems others dislike the quality too. Maybe bad staff hired that don’t care about quality or their job, otherwise it’s just an issue of...
