I have a medical alert service dog I have a heart condition and I can't just get up at the drop of a hat and do something without causing chest pains and severe shortness of breath and employee who I've literally never seen at this location before and I've lived just around the corner from this location for more than 40 years long before this Tim Hortons was ever there but I've gone in since it was there and again never seen this employee he asks for me to give documentation to my service dog which I said yes I do have documentation for her would you like to see it he said yes I said okay then can you come and look at it please and he said no he wasn't going to come and look at it meanwhile he's behind the counter so I don't know if he expected me to go behind the counter with my service dog but I wasn't going to do that and I wasn't about to get up either because I couldn't have without causing myself pain and distress because of my heart condition which is actually a terminal illness I have less than 2 years left anyways because I wouldn't get up the second he demanded I would he threatened to call the cops on me and all of his buddies who just all happened to be from India and normally I don't have a problem with anybody of any race or from any nationality but if you're going to all Gather in some group to sort of gang up on me then damn right I'm going to call you out on whatever you're doing but they were being jerks to me and their just happened to be somebody from the head office in this location at this exact time this would have been around maybe 11:30 or 11:45 on Monday November 13th 2023 and because I knew that there was someone from the head office in there the person I was with and myself after a few minutes went over and try to explain to him what was going on and he ended up thinking it was ok and fine to treat people badly like the employee did and because i didn't jump when original employee said he threatened to call the cops on me and have me permanently removed from the store for doing nothing and cameras will show it & if that's not discrimination because I have a service dog and a disability I don't know what is this store should be held accountable for that and that employee should be fired along with that employee from the head office which I don't know his name I think he might have said his name is Ben or something like that I took a picture of him anyways because he didn't want to give any identifying information because he knew what he was saying was wrong I go into the store all the time its the first time I've been there during this early hours of the business usually I'm there at night time going in there with my mother I'll meet up with her and we'll go have coffee or a donut and we have no problem the manager that's in there usually when we're there her name is Debbie and she's very nice she knows my service dog plenty of the employees have seen and know my service dog some of the employees they're actually even live around me and know that she's a service dog and that I have a service dog all of which would agree that she is extremely well behaved She lays on the floor does absolutely nothing makes no sound at all and this jerk which I called him a jerk and that this the employee from head office didn't like that I called the employee a jerk but you know what if somebody's going to be treating me like a jerk then I'm going to call them out as a jerk and I don't care if any of them don't like it because I go in there I'm quiet I leave everyone alone I don't say anything to anyone except for who I'm there with I'm asked a simple question I say yes you can see her papers and he makes a big deal of it because I didn't jump when he said that I should have this is a joke of a location at least when it has those employees in there in these hours like I said I'm normally in there later in the day and all the employees are extremely nice helpful friendly all of the good qualities that you would want with an employee of a store that you're going in to sit relax have something to...
Read moreShout out to the women who we (myself and my partner) interacted with this evening during my visit to this location! Yolanda did everything possible to make our order into combos smiling away as we talked her ear off, while the supervisor made a salad for the ages. Never have we seen such dedication to the appearance and quality of a salad, especially in a fast food establishment! see photo for proof of purchase&care A third employee handled the fancy drinks and handled an awkward driver at the window like a pro as she continued to address our needs, also with an excellent attitude. Wish I took a photo, because at the end, they huddled together in the most adorable fashion to say goodnight to us as we thanked them for their help as we left. Literally picture perfect! Although it was nearing closing time, these fantastic employees kept up appearances and gave immaculate service.
I've noticed a big improvement in service and product since the newest hires for the morning shifts, they are so quick and knowledgeable and also tend to make effort to engage in a conversation or jokes. Due to the amazingly fun and positive attitudes, food and drinks are beyond compare to the vast locations across the country, because everything is made with love and respect.
I don't get out much due to disability and this place is pretty close to me. The staff are so great, it gives me extra confidence to get out and about, if only to have a minute to laugh with them or just grab an extra delicious treat to enjoy at home.
Thank you for your enthusiasm and...
Read moreThis is the worst tim Hortons in London and probably the worst tim Hortons in Canada. After 11pm they never have any food available to order. Not even bagels. And this is every night. It's become a routine for them to just never have any food available for the public during the night time. When I've asked about it multiple times they claim their management has told them they don't have to have food at that time. But that sounds poposterous. Prepping food for next day is not a valid reason to have zero food available at night. I understand certain meats aren't available at these times. But at the bare minimum they should always at least have bagels, muffins, etc. The staff here are playing dumb and avoiding doing the simple tasks that all other locations to do in London and the rest of the country. This is Tim Hortons, they are supposed to be open 24/7. Which means they should be serving some type of food at night. Not just drinks. Even if it's just bagels. I used to be able to get bagels or breakfast sandwiches at this location late a night. But that type of option is unheard of now for some reason. And the employees here are taking advantage of this and now choosing to not do their job and are neglecting there responsibilities. Its not fair and they are being lazy by choice now. When I questioned a staff member named Jacob about it tonight he canceled my tea order, yelled and swore at me using profanity disrespectfully and vulgar. This is unacceptable and this location needs some serious changes! Beyond disappointing and now...
