Subway — Restaurant in Ottawa

Went there around 2pm for Lunch couple of days ago. While i was ordering my Food with an East Indian Worker, she was constantly rushing me to decide on the ingredients with my sub i ordered. I followed with her request about telling her the ingredients in advance, since she seemed to be in a hurry... By the way.... no one was behind me or in front of me at the time ,so there was no need for her to be in a hurry. So.. i provided her the ingredients in advance while she was putting them in my Sub, and she kept forgetting the ingredients i told her. Every time i mentioned the ingredients, while she was adding the ingredients, she kept forgetting my order for the ingredients. So i kept repeating myself. I was absolutely confused and flabbergasted to why she kept asking me to provide her the ingredients in advance, when she couldn't even follow with the current ingredient that was being put in. I requested after the order, if i could get a cup of water, she said that they had no cups,but i could obviously see that she had a full case of cups behind her.

After i ordered my sub, i was waiting at the cashier with no one in front of me or behind me for over 2 mins to pay for my sub, while the employee was just doing other things and completely ignoring me like i didn't even exist.

I would rate the service complete Garbage at this Subway, and i will recommend for anyone who decides to eat here, to never ever go here. The service is beyond embarrassing!

Also when i first visited and only time visited this Subway, i noticed an East Indian Male who was sitting with his Cellphone, who basically stared down at me, and made me feel Very uncomfortably. I only realized afterward, that he was the Owner of the Subway.

First time and Last Time i will...

I went to this location at lunch, however my expierence was the best, The manager was the one adding my veggie on my sub however she wasn't spreading thoughout the sub, However I asked her if she can sh read throughout the sub so when I take my first couple of bit it was just meat , However she did not hear me the first time so I said it again can you shrewd the veggie , however again she did not hear me ( mind you I wasn't wearing a mask) so I spoke up a bit and said can you spread it please, then came along Austin who is another employee telling me how I did not need to yell, I wasn't never yelling I just spoke up a bit louder and I explained that However Austin had to argue with me and I just felt it wasn't fair for me to be blamed for something that did not happy , nor Austin had no idea what was happening he shouldn't of put his 2cents into it , and the manager did nothing but allowing Austin to treat me...

So, I'm going to tell you something amazing. I was in a Subway with a group of 20-25 kids,I'm a teacher, and we were in Ottawa for a festival. The girl working there, I think her name was Gauri, was already starting to close up. We got there maybe 10 minutes before closing, but she still served all of us. It was so great! She probably had to redo all the closing tasks because of us. Usually, I've had the opposite experience. We went to a Subway once before, and the staff refused to serve us because they were closing soon. So, I'm really happy this Subway had such great staff; it's good for business! I was going to tip her, but I forgot. I remember her name, though. We were on our way back from Quebec. Thanks to Subway and that girl for making dinner for us and letting us eat.
