Parking is hard to find or non existent. We saw lots of cars parked illegally at the nearby church. Best to leave your car parked at your hotel and walk. We did the hiking trail at “Chemin du Mont Ste-Anne et de la Grotte” entrance. The hike to the platform will take about 30-45min. If my pug can do it, so can you! But if you can’t, you can use their shuttle service ($) at the experiential pavilion reception. Don’t forget water! Bring enough since they only sell bottled water $2 at the top. Panoramic views are incredible. You can walk the trail up or take a mini-bus that takes you there for a fee. We liked the ideal of walking the trail and think it was really worth it, I believe it took us about 30-45mins getting there. I would try to get there either by the beginning or by the end of the day. The way the town is lid with the sun light at those times makes it really cute and contrasting.
You must remove your shoes when walking the platform and keep your mask on (during the pandemic) I didn't see toilettes but there's some tables if you want to chill before heading down.
