My husband and I decided to visit Percé for the first time and were intrigued by this amazing place with awesome reviews!

So we decided to go for brunch on a Sunday morning (my dog as well as the reviews said it was a pet friendly place).

I approached the woman who seemed like the "Administrator" as she was wearing a different uniform. She asked in French: "Table for 2?"

As to what I responded in English: "We're 2 adults and 1 dog."

Her entire face changed and I could clearly tell she was not happy with our visit. She responded to choose whatever table we'd like (in English).

So we chose a table outside. She took her sweet time coming to our table to ask us if we were ready to order (other tables were being served super fast and even people who came AFTER us) and not once did she smile. She came back with our orders and said: "Enjoy" (like she was being forced to say it)

My dog came close to her and she made a face of disgust as to what I pulled my dog away from her (I thought this was a pet friendly place not sure why they're hiring staff who don't like dogs?)

She never came back and another waitress continued serving us.

We were so excited for this place but the service and overall experience was just AWFUL!! Not sure if this woman was just having a bad day or she hated the fact that we don't speak French (yes, that's a thing in Quebec) or maybe she just really hates her job.

Anyways, woman had a scar on her right cheek and left her a small tip so she could buy herself a new attitude.

Hopefully not all clients that come here are treated this way.

Food was amazing btw but we're...

Food was great, however as everyone is mentioning, the wait was beyond agonizing. I’m not one to leave a negative review, but this was just so ridiculous. We waited 20mins to be greeted (that should have been our first cue). We waited another 20mins before my husband went to flag down the waitress, at which point she finally came over to our table. Took our order. By the time the food arrived we had been waiting 1h and a half ! I understand everywhere is understaffed, but that’s not an excuse ! If we weren’t as hungry as we were, we would’ve walked out after 1h… Suggestion for the owners: put a sign out front ! Give people a heads up and ultimately a choice to wait that long or not! Good thing we didn’t reserve our boat cruise, if not we would have missed it!

Sincerely, extremely...

The 3 stars are given because we waited soooooo much to get served.

First we were seated at one table and no one came to see us for 20 minutes, waiters passing by and not every looking at us. Then, my bf got frustrated and we managed to go sit inside at the bar. Thankfully, at the bar, we were served by the bartender that was very attentive.

The food was delicious but again, it took forever to have it. The drinks were yummy and so was the wine.

Please, please improve your service by training the staff to be more active and attentive to the clients. Only the bartender was quick and fast in serving everyone on time, the waiters were taking their time.

Because of that I didn't go back but I would've liked to because the...

Had an amazing experience at this restaurant with my fiancee on our trip to Gaspésie. For appetizers, we had the scallop crudo and beef tartare. Even though the portion of the scallop was small, it was sweet, tender and the sauce was delicious. The beef tartare was succulent. For mains, we had fish and chips + seafood pasta. Although I didn't enjoy the tartare sauce, the fish was crispy and tasty on its own. The seafood pasta was excellent, creamy and full of seafood flavour. Finally, for dessert, we took the panna cotta and crème brulée, which were a perfect ending for our meal. Not to mention the kindness of all the servers we had. Highly recommended restaurant if you ever go to Percé!

It took 20 minutes for the waitress to come and get our order! We were 5 person. Then She finally came and she left with our order at exactly 12:53pm. We waited for 50 minutes to have our order. The Pizza that I ordered was burned! My husband ordered tea as well, but never came but it was on our bill. The other waitress especially the lady who was wearing a white blouse on that day ( July 26 2022, Tuesday) was just passing by our table and don't even asked if everything was ok with us....!!! NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE A REAL THUMBS-DOWN. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!! WHAT A SHAME!!!! 👎👎👎👎 I gave them a star for their location Elsa and Co. From Montreal
