This motel thinks it is something it is not. The prices reflect a 4-star hotel but it is actually a rural 1-star motel on the side of a deserted highway. The price gouging can only be explained by the view of Percé rock which is beautiful but really not worth the price. ||||Any rooms on the upper floor are very noisy as the parade of clients walk to and from their rooms. The ramshackle wooden floors make a lot of noise and vibrate. The highway is behind the hotel and the traffic can be quite loud. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The owners should be forced to sleep on them to experience how their clients feel. ||||There is nowhere to put your luggage or belongings...no cupboards, no shelves, no hooks, just a wee closet with those hangers that ensure hooligans don't steal them. The reception staff are surly and unaccommodating. ||||If they charged $49/night, I would accept all these deficiencies but they charged a staggering $183/night. Read moreWe were very disappointed with our stay. We specifically booked a beachside room through Expedia and paid extra for it, but the room we received was not the one shown in the photos, it was normal 1st floor room located in the middle of the property with a view of the parking lot.

We only found out about it upon arrival, even though our pet was kept in a cage.
Additionally, there was no hot water available in the morning, which was very inconvenient. We also had concerns about the cleanliness of the room, my wife experienced an allergic reaction during our stay, something that didn’t happen at any other location during our trip, which makes us question the room’s...
Read moreStayed at Room 17 for 4 Nights, Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, One service per day replacing towels and cleaning. The room had a working microwave, mini fridge, TV, Radio. Instant hot water in the bath, properly flushing toilets (YES, I had to say this) and room heater. Location is the huge plus , near to literally everything Perce has!!! If you are on a budget and cant afford Normandie, then this place is for you. Parking is on site , sea view rooms are the best, they also have a bunch of rooms on the other side of the road not facing the sea, so choose accordingly!!! They also have nice restaurant right next to the hotel serving Bf, Lunch and Dinner, the reception lady was very polite even though I could not speak French. Overall nice budget place to stay. I was there during fall (Sept 25...
