It’s pretty sad when you can’t look around without being harassed… I went in today with my friend and as soon as we walked in I was asked if I needed help. I politely declined and said that I was just browsing. Not even a minute later I am asked again, in which I politely declined once again. Maybe 2 minutes later I am asked once again and I declined…again, in which that employee started to follow my friend and I around making me feel very uncomfortable as it was like she was insinuating that she felt that I or my friend would steal. As that lady followed us around another staff member walked up to us asking if we needed help.(I am a rouge member and have never nor will I ever steal). It’s disgusting that they profile you as soon as you walk through the door based on your age or what you look like. I literally had to walk out from the store as I was constantly being pestered and followed. If someone needs help they will ask for it. Not to everyone in the store has no clue what they are looking for or what they need, and some people just want to...
Read moreI’ve had a good amount of experiences at this Sephora until recently. An employee helped me find the products I was needed and then I proceeded to the cash. I explained to the cashier that I wanted to redeem my birthday gift and he said I needed to spend a minimum of $25. I added more to my order and then asked him to give me the birthday points he said he couldn’t. Then I said but you said you could if I spent $25. He says yeah I’ll do it and email you the receipt. I received the receipt and looked on my account to see there were no points added. I then had to contact customer service and had a hard time because they told me he should have added them for free and I didn’t have to spend $25. Anyways I think Sephora should be more clear about the birthday gift rules and train their employees to know their facts and not be so rude. I’m not satisfied with my experience at the cash and it makes me not want to shop...
Read moreI was recommended a skin care product by a lady and it burnt my skin. No one told me that I could return it and I just found out the other day that I was able to from a friend. I went into the store and I was day 61 from purchasing it and they would not honor their 60-day return, Even for exchange of other products. Really disappointed, in general it feels like these young ladies working there don't really truly know their products and after reading the information that I was told I could use this product with another it was clear with my other products that they were not compatible. So that's throwing $60+ out the window. Cheaper to just purchase something online then going in there. Do your own research.. No wiggle room at all, I'm s busy mom if three so finding any me time is hard. One day over..perhaps they should tell their customer's this when...
