Save your money and go somewhere else. My wife comes here really often, at least twice a month. There is a female Manager with extremely short hair that is horribly rude. I believe she is African? I am only describing her appearance because she refused to provide us with her name when we asked. That's how rude she is! The other staff member we complained to said she gets a lot of negative complaints regarding how she treats customers and kids. Every time my wife come there, she gets anxious when we see her working and a huge sense of relief when she is not. The other staff are pretty neutral. One girl (I think her name is Aliyah) is absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful.
Anyways, came here again for the fourth time this month. She started staring at us as we played. We saw her chasing down parents and kids, yelling at them, taking toys out of their hands etc. I saw her knock on a bathroom door to tell parents to leave when their time was up. She does such a great job at making families feel completely unwelcome. However, there were a few families that arrived before us that she seemed to give preferential treatment too. They were not asked to leave despite getting there before us. The kids were throwing the large ride-on cars down the slide and she just looked the other way. It appears that she targets certain families with her mistreatment. We paid $60 for not even 2 hours of play and she climbed to the top of structure and angrily informed us that it was 1:03 and our time ended at 12:55.
That was the last straw and we will not be returning. We've had 3 birthday parties here (around $700 each), spent hundreds and hundreds (if not more) in weekly visits, and they can kiss any future business goodbye.
Save your money and go other places that are...
Read moreWe had booked birthday party here, first off the party room was clean and setup properly.. No table liner was put, you will have to bring yours.
You are not allowed to bring outside food, drinks and cake. The fruit platter was not fresh, watermelon was falling apart and the strawberries were bruised. I complained and they waived it off, but it's a bummer.
You still have to upgrade the cake to match your theme as it will be just plain, another $20 for the edible print, my daughter and her friends commented it literally tastes and feels like paper!
The cost adds up rapidly, they don't work on a guest list, which i have initially discussed with them. The parents would have been willing to pay for the extra sibling if they were directed to the appropriate channels to pay, but they did not..
I was surprised my final bill came up to 5 more extra kids and adult! (Extra kids doesn't come with juice and you have to purchase) I asked who were the extra kids as some parents have told me thay they have paid for the other siblings. they can't even give me an answer as they don't have the list. I.am basically paying blindly for the "extras".
Prepare to be over the budget if you book your party here. They are looking with an eagle eye for extra adults and kids. You cannot control if some family members will tag along even if they don't go inside the party room, they will basically count it!!
Also its very busy as they are letting in walkins..
calling them a week before the party is also another story. Nobody answers the phone and finally a lady answered after 3 attempts and she wasn't very professional....
Read moreOver the years we have been visiting treehouse clubhouse and really enjoy all that it has to give. We had our sons fifth birthday party here and it was absolutely wonderful. However, we had his sixth birthday party here yesterday and I was very unhappy with the experience. The young gentleman that we had help us through the party was nice, however we feel like all the staff wanting to leave work early was more of a priority. We payed for the 615 to 815 time slot and it mentions in the brochure that we are to have that party room until 815. At 750 my guests were called into the party room to get there belongings and all my guests felt rushed out of the building. The young man that helped us with the party then came into the room and proceeded to clean it at 8. All guests were gone by 8 and that is not what I spent $600 for. My family stayed afterwards so that they could play a little longer and at 830 an announcement was made saying that everyone needed to be out by 845. The place was suppose to be open until 9. Once again I assume the young kids running the building needed to leave early. As soon as we handed out the cake to the guests we were handed the bill in front of everyone. The party was to include an edible cake print as well which was not at all edible and the washroom was also a mess. After spending all of that money, and having a great experience the first birthday that we had there I am truly upset with my experience. It's unfortunate but we will not be having a party here again and hope that management will make people's experiences better and less rushed than what we...
