Chances Prince Rupert Casino — Attraction in Prince Rupert

I was in Prince Rupert on Wednesday September 19 /2018, after doing some personal business I went to the Chances Casio around 2 pm . When I entered I was greeted with a dirty look and stink eye fro the two males that were at the kiosk talking, no one greeted me just gave me dirty looks, I was well dressed ,well kept and am a professional older male. I just shrugged this off and went to get some cash from one of the ATM's. Upon entering I saw a male worker and asked if I could be able to place a bet on horse races as I have never before been in the casino. He said no they don't have that here and just walked away like I was So I waited and the the worker gave me 245 and tried to steal 20 from me, she was a real piece of work , I made her recount again then she finally gave me my winnings, so then I said I have had with this place and went to leave and as I was leaving I checked my race bet and won as well,so I went to the cash in booth and another person said ,he did not know how to do it and had to wait for some manager to come and do it, while waiting I wanted to by a lotto ticket , again this guy did not know how to process the request, and finally some guy came and did this for me. I then asked if I could give him all the filthy twenties that I had just gotten fro the female for my slot winnings and get two one hundreds , he said no and actually accused me of some thing like money laundering. I just turned and left and said to myself what a dump this place is and will never go back there again. AND ANYONE ELSE I TELL THIS TOO I WILL TELL THEM TO AVOID THIS HOLE OF A CASINO...

Place is showing its age. From the Bar, gaming and restaurant. You have a sports bar that doesn’t play the audio to the playoff games. Game 7 of the Leafs until half way through the game when someone asked them to put the audio on. Chairs on both the slots and restaurants need some TLC as they are peeling and need to be removed or redone. It’s the only bar I have been to where they don’t have seating at the bar. (Can you call yourself a bar but have no bar?) They need to update the audio video system. As the matrix for the video splitter, on some tvs skips lags or cuts out for a second or two resulting in a black screen. The tvs have damaged or dying backlights. They do not show anything on the projector screen they have. Or anything on the gaming floor despite having two projector screens. The place I feel at some point...

Chances casino good. The lounge most times service is ok.now there have been afew staff changes as well the lounge has a rule were custmers are only allowed 1 drink at table. One while out on floor. Use to have 2 in hand before. Aswell couple years back. Lounge had buckets of 4 .while hockey season on..now no buckets. For sports bar it difficult toget what customer ask to watch. Most times radio on cant listen to sports on.or have volume turn up to...
