Starbucks — Restaurant in Prince Rupert

I came here today 14th of February 2024. The cashier was professional and friendly, but while I was waiting quite awhile for my drink, because it turned out the cashier got my drink wrong. I finally asked about it and the drinks preparer gave me an attitude when I asked if there’s an iced macchiato coming up. She pointed at the drink and was like “that’s caramel macchiato” I tried to inform her it was supposed to be iced, she kept trying to walk away and repeated saying “it’s caramel macchiato” Then when she heard me, she gave me an annoyed look and started making the correct drink and then slid the drink to me. No apologies for the wrong order or at least a “you’re welcome” when I was still friendly enough to say “thank you.”

Going to Tim Hortons or Java cup next time I want a coffee.

I left a decent review a few months ago, but my review has changed since then.

It was busy as usual, and the long wait time was always expected.

The last few times I have visited, the drinks we ordered weren't the drinks we had asked for.

When it came to getting a refund, I had to wait. There was a lot of waiting from the time I placed my order, to the time I got my first set of drinks. More waiting for the drinks to be remade and even more waiting for the refund.
