They talked to the security and he told them can go inside and register and even play. They walked in , nobody were there , so my son started to walked on the ice as he was so exited to had his first experience on ice. There were so many people on the ice ,skating there .After a few minutes a lady came to them and ask if you have a trainer ? when my husband said No she grab my son jacket and push him out!!! My husband became shocked and ask her who are you and why you are touch and push my son!! but that lady didn't respond back!! My husband try to find somebody to complain but nobody was there and answer . As our son crying and insisted to leave the place my husband left. I tried to call the center to see who is that lady and talk to her manager but nobody answer. I left a message . I will follow up the case but as a recommendation if you love your kids don't...

I went on a Saturday morning at 11am and it was pretty busy but not too crazy. It's very popular with families. I didn't see staff monitoring the trail, but it is serviced by a Zamboni. There are washrooms on site and you can change into your skates in the building or on the benches outside.
They had family-friendly music playing, which is great. The ice itself was maintained really well. There are no skate rentals or skate sharpening on site.
