Very nice place to go and just hang out. You can walk around sit on a bench or at a table. Plenty of things to see like nice boats, waterside, shops and restaurants nearby. You can bring your own chairs as well or have a picnic. Plenty of space if you like tanning or reading. Parking is right across the street. On a nice sunny day it's the place to be. There are also two bridges crossing over the water and rapids. A beautiful and peaceful spot to be alone or with friends. Here is the address for your GPS Go check it out you won't regret it Get out of the house while summer is here. If you are near this area while in Montreal please make your way out here. This is a true hidden gem. We loved looking at the historic lock, the canal is gorgeous and all the beautiful quaint shops are excellent to see. You will be able to find a great place to eat here also. There is free parking and make sure you take your time and walk around! “Jonique Life” If you find value in our reviews please consider following our social media outlets on Facebook and Instagram as we highlight magical places you can add to your ever growing bucket list.

This area is like going on a walk down memory lane. If you ever seen the movie "Back to the Future Part 1" the town square, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue water front area kind of reminds me of this movie. If you haven't seen that movie, its excellent and you deserve a movie night :-) Once you've seen the movie, come take a walk around Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue and tell let me know your thoughts, am I right. Very clean, loads of restaurants, shops, safe and a breath taking boardwalk.

Although the lesser known area of the more touristic village, this area is precious. Many picnic tables, however, unfortunately too few adirondack chairs. Usually the restrooms should be available, however, temporarily closed for now. Another point which may please the fans of train watching, there are many that pass frequently. Personally, I found the coming and going a little annoying. All in all, a pleasant stretch next to the busy restaurants by the boardwalk.

Absolutely beautiful place to take the family. The boardwalk is filled with shops and restaurants that can satisfy most anyone. The parks are quiet and relaxing. My wife and I have been several times to Parc Kelso to go fishing. The pictures included are all from that park. If you are looking to relax and unwind from the week, look no further than Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.

Visited Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue canal with my family after the lunch. A historic landmark consist of set of locks linking Lake Saint-Louis and Lake of Two Mountains. Upon chatting with local residents, they mentioned it is being used for recreational boating. A nice place to walk and a quiet atmosphere. A lovely view of St Lawrence river.
