Subway — Restaurant in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

I am an avid subway enjoyer and I’ve been to the one in saint Anne’s multiple times. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by an interesting smell. I never really knew what it was. Usually the sandwich process goes pretty smoothly but this time it didn’t. I ordered my regular: a steak and cheese wrap. He immediately messed up by not putting enough meat and forgetting to put the cheese on top of the tray so the cheese wasn’t melted. I also think he put less cheese than normal but I’m not sure. Then I asked for lettuce and cucumbers where he proceeds to put the vegetables on and then he does it a second time giving me double veggies. I ask for south-west sauce and honey mustard and he puts on spicy honey mustard which isn’t a big deal but I didn’t want my wrap to be spicy. He then wraps it like an absolute amateur and at the other location I go to they always put the wrap in a panini press, but here I’m not sure if they don’t have one or if that’s just not supposed to happen but he didn’t do it. I pay and eat in where my sandwich unravels as soon as I take it out. It tasted fine because everything was pretty much the same other than the preparation. Not happy:(. Also not a problem for me but the women’s bathroom has been out of order for a few months now. Forcing my wife to use the men’s washroom with a clogged sink and sticky floors. Wish I could give zero stars. The employees are always rude, the men’s bathroom smelt strongly of piss (it does every time I go) it was absolutely disgusting. I went to wash my hands and there was no soap (keep in mind the soap dispenser had dirt and stains all over it). I told him that there was no soap and he said okay, I went back to wash my hands 20 mins later and still no soap. I used the ladies room to wash my hands instead. This subway was pretty messy inside. Employees didn't seam to care much about cleaning up the place. The washroom smelled very bad, it looked and smelled bad like they didn't clean it in a couple days. The floor in the washroom was sticky from urine. While I was eating my sandwich people were taking out car tires from the back room rolling then right through the subway putting alot of dust in to the air. After completing the survey online to get two free cookies, I stood in front of the counter for a while looking at the employee on his phone until I said excuse me. Then they finally got up.
