We just ordered delivery from Pizzeria Adesso to Beaconsfield, and let me tell ya, what an experience!
The food took over an hour to come, and the unpleasant pizza delivery guy forgot one of our bags of food, while subsequently chatting up a storm on his cell phone. He didn't greet us, and instead, told us to rip a copy of our own receipt because he was apparently too preoccupied with his riveting phone conversation to do his job. The delivery guy did come back after a few minutes to give us the bag he forgot (at least), but when we opened the bags we were missing a pogo (fault unknown). En plus, to make our glorious pizzeria fiasco all the better, when we started eating, we found the pork souvlaki had a white hair in it. The last straw. We call them and tell them that there was a hair, and that we were missing our pogo. The girl on the phone said "oh... Sorry..." AND THEN SILENCE.
The most ingenuine apology, and then so resolution. She refused to do anything to rectify the situation. They (her and her boss) did not want to make us a new souvlaki and deliver us our missing pogo. They told us we had to DRIVE all the way to them to get our new food, that they wouldn't deliver it. We argued it, then requested a refund for the terrible service. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were placed on hold and then hung up on. We called back right away and the girl answered nonchalantly, with not a single care in the world, and said "oh yeah... Sorry about that...". Again. Not a single shred of an apologetic tone. Fair, she's probably just the girl who answers the phone, but don't purposely hang up and then pretend like nothing happened. Finally, after calling a second time, we could hear the "boss" yelling in the background to just "give them the food". So alas, they agreed to deliver us our missing pogo (RIP - which we paid for) and a new souvlaki
I would just like to note, that after pulling a string of hair from our souvlaki, that the "boss" demanded we prove there was a hair in the pita. He agreed to deliver us new food, but he wanted us to show the delivery boy the hair we found. When the delivery guy finally came to give us the replacement pita, he looked at us like we were lunatics for actually showing him the hair. He quietly retreated into the darkness, and left us with our replacement order; a sad burnt pogo and a lonely souvlaki with no fries (not even kidding).
Kudos Adesso, for a record breaking absurdity of a delivery service. Needless to say, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Read moreI’m one of their regular clients, in the past years i spent over 200$ there. Today, my friends and I wanted to order pizza and we politely called to order a pizza delivery to my school. We asked the person who answered the phone how he was and we were super polite. When he asked for the address, my friend stuttered and laughed because she couldn’t pronounce the avenue properly after a few tries. He declined to deliver there and he hanged up the phone. Then, my other friend called and she was really polite, just to ask why it was not possible to deliver there since it was not a problem last year. He hanged up. Then I had to call & order for pick up instead of delivery. The man who picked up the phone the third time was really nice and polite, understanding, good job to him. When I got there, the owner looked at me and my friends and asked us who pranked called (even though it was not a prank call) and then when I proceeded to try to explain & tell him that we had no bad intentions, we just wanted food like anyone else and that my friend was stressing which is why she was stuttering, he didn’t want to listen to a word. Lorsque la poutine est en préparation je constate que deux des employés ont touchées les frites avec leurs mains sans les avoir lavés. Cela est choquant surtout que la personne en question posait ses mains un peu partout dans le commerce. J ai demandé à la personne si c'était normal. La personne a nié. Lorsque je lui ai dit que je l avais vu, il a finis par l avouer. Par la suite, il décide de prendre violemment la poutine. Sur ces faits je lui demande un remboursement sur ma carte. Il refuse et me donne uniquement du cash. Je lui dit que je veux absolument sur ma carte. Énervé, il vient vers moi dans l intention de m intimider. Une altercation se produit. Il m a frappé 3 fois. Je lui ai donné aucun coup car il semblait vieux, cependant je l ai insulté car cette personne ne sait pas vivre. Je ne vous conseille pas.
En réponse aux mensonges :
Suite à la réponse mensongère publiée par la pizzeria, je tiens a préciser quelque chose. La première fois que je me suis assis sur la table, je ne faisais que attendre. Lorsque averti, je me suis déplacer. La deuxième fois c'était principalement en raison que la personne avait touchée la poutine avec ses mains sales. Il touchait la grille, les plateaux, les rebords et il se déplaçait partout dans la pizzeria. Bref ses mains n'étaient pas uniquement dans la cuisine. Par la suite, je n'ai aucunement été impoli avec vous au départ. Ce qui est une preuve de mauvaise fois de votre part. Je comprend vraiment pas pourquoi vous dites des mensonges. Surement, vous avez honte de ce que vous avez faites et vous voulez vous trouver des raisons pour éviter que les clients réalisent quel type de personne vous êtes. Pour avoir le remboursement, la personne en question m'avait insulté, menacé et lorsque je lui ai montré que c'était impossible de m'intimidé, il a décidé de le faire. J'ai donc pris l'argent. C'est incroyable que votre magasin est encore ouvert avec des employés aussi impoli. De plus, j'ai discuté avec mon avocate, celle-ci me demande fortement de porter plainte pour voie de fait, car la personne m a donnée deux coup de pied et un coup de tête. Maintenant, si vous ne voulez pas avoir a des recours judiciaires, je vous conseille fortement de dire la vérité. Votre message sera gardé comme preuve afin que vous ne puissiez pas effacer les cameras. A vous de choisir, vous avez jusqu'à demain 10:00.
