On August 8th of 2024, I was Denied entry to The Saskatoon Ex with my medical cannabis with documentation. For 45 minutes I was ridiculed and embarrassed in front of Hundreds of people, including my own 3 children. The administrative staff also used an Officer of the Saskatoon Police to enforce policy. This officer is to enforce Laws, not policy Prairie Land Park ALLOWS other PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS (as I was told by Prairie Land Park Administrators at DOOR 6 on August 8th/2024) within the grounds, as well as provide numerous DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS. There is a Federal Exemption for Medical Cannabis Paitients to use there medication anywhere that smoking tobacco or Vaping is allowed. Prairie Land Park provides others with allowances, yet discriminates against Medical Cannabis Paitients with proper identification and supporting documents. The officer, Tisdale, should be fully aware of the laws pertaining to cannabis and medical paitients alike. If the officer is unsure, he/she/them should be asking for clarification from Supervisors. It is uncouth as professionals of Prairie Land Park to use Public Funded Police Officers to enforce a policy that attempts to supercede Federal Laws and Exemptions. I will be making a formal complaint. I do hope for a positive resolution, and reparations from Prairie Land Park. Discrimination is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Your discriminatory behavior and treatment of medical cannabis paitients is the reason for a 1-star rating

I Will update as...

Went for saskatoon ex 2025. Experience was great albeit rowdy and long queues @ someof the rides which i guess is normal 🤷‍♀️. Cost this year was higher compared to last year. Entry fee for below 6 years is free, 7-10years abt $15, adult for $25 each. The tickets for the rides was $60 which gives a tag for all rides and if you want express queue you pay extra $25. I got 58 tickets which cost $30 to accompany my kids for some rides. On an average a ride can be as high as 15 tickets and as low as 12 tickets. It is more cost effective to buy the generic ride tag of $60 as that gives unlimited rides to all the rides available. Although this can be expensive when going with 4 people. Generally the kids had fun and didn't want to leave. They would have loved to try some more rides but for the long queues. Not a bad experience; washrooms and ticket purchase stands for rides were easily accessible and proximate to wherever you are...

My first time. It was sparkly. It was pretty. My gd just about fell over when Cinderella and the yellow dress disney character were out on the floor. Food....well...its prairieland. At least they had a veggie burger. I was happy!! The onion rings were good. The staff all friendly. The dark pony tail lady at the door with the bubbly personality...she was a star! My son in law dropped his phone. This dark haired ponytailed lady looked at a pic and noticed my daughter.. put it together..he got his cell back! Amazing and kudos! I wish I could remember your name.

The music was good. Just the crowd...they could at least clap! Poor dudes up there croonig away to a crowd of 15...it cant be easy...at least we could clap!! I clapped and hollered and he gave me a smile. At least someone is listening!! They caught on. I enjoyed it. Ps more shopping displays....

Dr. Elbermani is the best vet in Saskatoon, probably the best in Saskatchewan too. He is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and kind to animals and the owners. Today I brought an orphaned kitten in that I have been looking after. I was worried about costs and told by the receptionist the exam would be 70 dollars to check for pneumonia plus treatment. I was going to do the exam and look into treatment options and try and do what I could. He told me the kitten is doing well and just needs an antibiotic and I was so happy to hear that, I was worried about the little kitten. I went to pay and the receptionist told me he said “no charge”. I’m in shock still, I cried a little at the vet and I’ll probably cry a little more. He is an amazing vet. If you are trying to decide which vet to go to in Saskatoon, please look into this clinic.

I had a great experience visiting Prairie land Exhibition in Saskatoon! The venue is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for hosting events like exhibitions, trade shows, and the Saskatoon EX. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was organized smoothly. Parking was easy to find, and the facilities were clean and accessible. It's definitely one of the top event destinations in the city. Looking forward to attending more events here in the future!
