We bought 50 pieces of lobsters last week of July, we flew them with us all the way to Alberta. The price is fair enough, it isn’t pricy compared to other retailers I canvassed, could had been cheaper if it was in season. The 2 staffs gave us a lot of guidance on what to do to preserve its quality. They gave us enough crushed ice and lots of ice pack for free to keep the temperature low without soaking the lobsters. Read moreReally bad service over the phone. I wanted to go in and pay for lobster pick it up later, or when they explained they could not do that, I said ok, I will place a order from between $125-$140 to pick up in a couple of days for a family get together. She said no…they don’t take orders. I offered if the price changed I would pay the difference. So I said …..look I wanted to do business with you but your making it impossible. She then said no one would take a order……well news flash another lobster establishment did…so they got the business…not only did they get the business ….but I will tell this to everyone who wants fresh lobster. We are still classified as customers and should still deserve to be respected and receive good...
