My experience was of a girl who couldn't understand me due to language barrier and I had to correct her a few times for her to get it, but order was correct when I got to the window so that was great. There are new employees lacking skill sets; such having basic math abilities and professional mannerisms. I had stopped over to get a capuccino on my way to PEI. The lady at the delivery counter on the drive through confirmed the order, but served me an espresso instead. By the time I drank it, it was too late- I was already out of there and didn’t want to get back on the heavy traffic at Main st. I don’t know how they can get it mixed up. We loved our visits to the Second Cup in Shediac! It's a clean, welcoming spot with friendly, bilingual staff who made us feel right at home. The coffee and cappuccino were excellent — so much so that we came back two days in a row. We especially enjoyed relaxing outside on the lounge chairs with our drinks.
