Typically, I have no issues with the Zehrs here. They've always been friendly and extremely helpful - there's the odd person that's having a bad day, but overall great experiences. There's only twice (so far, I suppose) that I've had 'bad' experiences - both times with what is now known as PC Express - but it doesn't happen all the time; once wasn't even human error.
