I would love to give this place a higher score but there were too many negatives: too many people, while it is good to see that the park is being used but it is a distraction when bird watching or enjoying a quiet walk. The trails were not clear and we wandered off trail at times which introduced us to new places but we were not sure of our location in regards to the trail system. Important to be cautious though, because the coyote population has greatly increased here and I've been stalked and approached by 4 aggressive coyotes at a time. I'm a concrete finisher and was doing concrete improvements next door to Larch at the relatively new major development by Carrington construction. I'm going to visit sometime soon...when I don't have to work 7 days a week. Seeing as the season time frame for outdoor concrete work is just 1 month in and only goes to late Oct if we're lucky...
