Presotea (Magrath) — Restaurant in Terwillegar Heights

My fiance and I go here often. Probably once a week, or every two weeks for like the last year.

I recently discovered Bubble Tea, after my partner introduced me to a place in Kelowna that did great organic teas. Moreover, it can be hard to find good Bubble Tea these days as the market has become very over saturated.

Long story short, we love Presotea, the black pearls in particular have a little brown sugar taste that you don't really find at other places.

This location in particular is always quick getting our order out, and sometimes they even remember my name...may a sign I go here too much I'm not sure. Always friendly too. I think I have only really had a long wait here once and it was a random evening they were just swamped.

My only wish is that they had more flavour options for the fruit teas, a Kiwi option in particular would be great but given it is a chain I am unsure they really have much control over that.

Overall, 5 stars go...

On top of that, the staff were friendly and welcoming, even when the store was busy with people picking up TGTG orders. They handled the process smoothly and with a smile.

Presotea is becoming one of my favorite spots for designer beverages. I recall seeing the rage picking up in Vancouver several years ago as independent Taiwanese shops crafted their bevvies. Now we're seeing these tea shops popping up everywhere.

I appreciate Presotea because they have such a clean brand and all of their products are so fresh. The customer service at Magrath has always been friendly and the spot is very clean.

Their selection of beverages is very extensive and diverse.

There is something special about ordering and supporting more independent boba tea establishments. But Preso is a good example of how having a more established brand and identity is also a good...
