Vickers Park in Thunder Bay is a delightful escape that is also dog-friendly. With well-maintained pathways, lush greenery, and beautiful landscaping, it offers a serene atmosphere for both humans and their four-legged friends. The park provides various recreational activities, including designated areas for dogs to play and roam. Its central location, amenities, cleanliness, and dog-friendly policy make it a top choice for visitors with furry companions. Vickers Park is a must-visit destination for those seeking a peaceful and dog-friendly retreat in Thunder Bay.

This is a small but beautiful park. I enjoyed walking a few laps today. Excellent park to bring your kids and let them run their gas tanks empty. I can see myself putting in more time here for laps and find some shade under a tree with a book. I don't have a living situation that would accommodate being a dog owner. I do love dogs though, and enjoy seeing the variety of dogs being walked in the park. Get outside and have a stroll around Vickers Park. Or don't do it. Who am I to tell you how to live your life right? It's free. Just saying.

Vickers Park is a great spot to relax with friends and family. It has plenty of greenery, a kids play area with swings, walking trails and benches. I love sitting under the trees to read. One of my favorite parks in town!

Attended a Every Child Matters Walk from NAN to the Sacred Fire at Vickers Park..NAN had booths, tables of food, podium, speakers beside playground..it was nice to see the children playing & running around while VIPs spoke along with IRSS & their families. There was also a Big Drum with Jingle Dress dancers in their Regalia performing for community members to show traditional dances which were almost lost during...
