Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

Ordered gluten free pizza, took over 2 hours to arrive. Took a bite and realized the pizza was not gluten free. Called them to see if they could send me a replacement, to which they said no told me to get a skip refund and reorder the pizza , I asked them if they deliver- they said they did but would not want to lose money on a pizza ( they would be remaking the same pizza and only paid once, same thing, no?) as they would have no way of getting the money back from skip and told me that they can’t guarantee that the gluten free option does not contain gluten - I realize there is a chance but I was not even given the gluten free option. You won’t deliver to the biggest subdivision in Thunder Bay?? My office is literally right beside your shop and I can drive from my house to my office in 11 minutes tops. Brilliant business strategy guys, might as well get in line with all the business that Boston misses up here. I know what you’re answer will be already-you can’t guarantee that the pizza will be at the proper temperature blah blah blah, guess what? Nobody cares, just tell us that and we’ll turn the oven on for a few mins if it’s ‘too cold to eat’ BRUTAL. Yet another disappointment from a chain pizza joint here....

Don’t waste your money here. Unless you enjoy cardboard flavoured dough and rookie mistakes. Ordered extra sauce on one pizza but they only put it near the crust and left the rest of the pizza pretty much dry. Stuffed crust is absolutely terrible. The $25-$30 they charge for a large is a robbery. Barely any sauce on the other pizza. They also blew up one of the garlic dips while closing the box which soaked my countertop and hands after touching the soggy box.
