Ordered gluten free pizza, took over 2 hours to arrive. Took a bite and realized the pizza was not gluten free. Called them to see if they could send me a replacement, to which they said no told me to get a skip refund and reorder the pizza , I asked them if they deliver- they said they did but would not want to lose money on a pizza ( they would be remaking the same pizza and only paid once, same thing, no?) as they would have no way of getting the money back from skip and told me that they can’t guarantee that the gluten free option does not contain gluten - I realize there is a chance but I was not even given the gluten free option. Strange how a company does not have any options for giving someone the wrong pizza especially when a allergy is involved. Strange all around - never ordering from there again !
