so ppl apparently pay for pickelball classes (which is ridiculous given how expensive it is to live in Toronto and why you get homelessness which the city doesn't care about) and the city or whoever plans months in advance not even accounting for the fact it could rain and be canceled which is utter crap considering they don't compromise another day, switch it to indoors or even reimburse the payers. that's highway robbery and scamming. why would anyone want to play somewhere outdoors when rain can ruin everything and you don't get a refund or have the planned session made up for in any way? makes absolutely zero sense. don't get me started on where they play pickelball in Dieppe in the summer that cannot drain the rain water. They have and ice rink a parking lot a slash pad a play ground a baseball field a grassfield even a hockey rink! Everything you need great atmosphere amazing staff they also have skating programs. So if some parents are looking for a great safe awesome park look no further! Like I remember I think it was the last day of school in grade six. Read moreDuceppe Park is clean and easy access by public transit. The outdoor rinks kept good and both the indoor and outdoor rest places are clean. The park staff is very friendly and there is always a skating guard on the ice supervising the skaters. Although Dieppe Park is small, it contains all the convenient facilities e.g.. washrooms, water fountain for drinking, garbage bins and the first aid facilities available in the little office.
