There is construction everywhere around the building to install accessibility washrooms for the disabled. Lot of the parking lots around the building are occupied by the construction workers and their temporary offices.
Parking around the building is only 1 hour so if there is a long line up, you might get a ticket. The cafeteria is closed, probably lack of traffic during the Covid shutdown.
The cable to the TVs were cutoff and you won't see anything from CP24 anymore while waiting in line. Water pressure to the taps in the new washrooms have been lowered to conserve water. The new electric soap dispensers don't work, probably to save money on electricity and soap. They installed new hand rails by the stairs but it's bare metal that is very unsafe if you slip you might impale yourself.
To be fair everything is still a work in progress.
Update: Cafeteria is still closed. Accessibility railings have a wood finish on top but the way they are situated might impale someone in the groin area. Still no cable TV They increased the water pressure in the washroom taps.

There were several people there, disappointed that they could not pay their property taxes, especially as this is the deadline..
