Not sure how this place has positive reviews. The chicken they use, in their Kung Pao dish in this case, tastes like either a fake soy product or otherwise a pre cooked and frozen product from a distributor that races to the bottom. It’s thin, sinewy, gluey, rubbery, and gelatinous. The vegetables and sauce are great but completely undone by inedible meat. Far too many places in Toronto use this kind of chicken and I’m just left wondering why people are so OK with this stuff. If you ever get chicken breast that isn’t cubed in a dish like this be very wary that you’re probably getting a prepackaged frozen product that deserves to be in the garbage and not your plate.

This is without a doubt the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered the sweet and sour spare ribs and they came COVERED in batter. Never have I known Spare ribs to come with batter. It was so disgusting. Once I peeled off the batter (picture) I found that there was only about 5% pork left. So I paid $15 for some batter and NO meat. I can’t believe it. So they drench it in batter and make you pay the price as if you are getting meat. I also ordered the house special friend rice. Believe what the other reviews say about lack of flavour. There absolutely was none. Do not order from here. I feel annoyed that I paid $40 for food i ended up chucking out.

Kept seeing this place pop up on my Uber eats so I ordered (**from the restaurant so they didn’t have to pay any Uber fees) we got a lemon Chicken , Lo Meir noodles, Shrimp pad Thai, deep fried butterfly shrimp and spring rolls. They even threw in free chicken wings ! The guy who took my order on the phone was so nice and our bill was under $50 which is rare for a Chinese food order in this house. Whoever does the deep frying there is the teal MVP because let me tell you, the batter on the lemon chicken and spring rolls was absolute FIRE!!! We will definitely order from here again.

First time ordering…LAST time ordering. At first, thought it looked and smelled delicious. Nope, once you eat it, the happiness fast disappears. 😣 First, velveting the meat often makes the meat slimy because the meat is too often not cooked long enough. Slimy meat is gross! 🤢 This was the Beef & Broccoli & Beef w/black bean sauce dishes. One good thing…the broccoli was fresh but I always feel this dish should be made with Chinese Broccoli or even broccolini. The egg rolls were old leftovers or fried in old oil with barely any filling. The spring rolls were just ok. At least they had filling. Why??? use duck sauce packets??? instead of plum sauce? So not a great substitute. The Beef with Rice Noodles & Black Bean Sauce…HUGE disappointment! Not only was the (velveted) beef an issue, but the rice noodles were not the right kind to hold up under the sauce. Maybe the restaurant should try the flat rice noodles instead and leave out the celery which was an unwanted surprise. Add to this that we both were ill with severe stomach aches and diarrhea shortly...

Delivery is extremely fast sometimes. Too fast. Like it arrives in less than fifteen minutes and they're ten minutes away. How??? Makes you wonder if food is frozen ahead of time and they just microwave everything. The food is generally okay and fairly priced. Delivery drivers always nice and friendly. But this review is really to point out that there are a few recent reviews (in the past 7 days) that appear phony. Why do I say that? Because they all come from people with fewer than 10 reviews and all talk about the WAITERS and ENVIRONMENT and eating IN. Sorry but have you ever been there? This is NOT a sit down restaurant with waiters. It's a delivery/pick-up kind of place. FAKE REVIEWS ALERT. And yes, I know this is my FIRST review while criticizing others for having only a few reviews. The difference is that I've actually seen the place. FAKE REVIEWS...

Ordered food from this place to be delivered for a small special occasion and honestly, the food was pretty good. Got my food in record time and everything was nice and hot.

It was through UberEats and they had some deals. Got 2 orders of wings, chicken fried rice and coke cans each, plus an order of shanghai noodles. The flavours of the wings and fried rice were great, nicely seasoned. Shanghai noodles were good too, flavour just was slightly different compared to other shanghai noodle dishes in other Chinese places so I wasn't into it personally. Doesn't have that dark soy sauce colour.

The whole process to get my food was 20 minutes, including the actual delivery time, which kind of scared me.

And honestly was scared to order here at first given the past reviews, but I wouldn't shy away from ordering here again. Everything I ordered was...
