I recently purchased a 2.5-gram pack of mushroom edibles (picture attached), hoping to experience psychedelics for the first time. I started with 1.5 grams (6 pieces) and waited an hour, but felt nothing. Disappointed, I took the remaining 1 gram (4 pieces) and still experienced no effects after waiting an additional 1-3 hours.

Frustrated, I contacted customer support and was told that the effects depend on tolerance. As someone who has never tried mushrooms before, I know my tolerance isn't the issue. I was then offered a 20% discount on my next order, which I found unsatisfactory and almost like a joke given that I received a product that is ineffective not partially but completely.

As a consumer, I expect a product to deliver on its promises, especially when I’ve sought detailed information in-store. I would appreciate a resolution that acknowledges the issue more adequately. The employee was lovely and answered all my questions regarding strains and dosages I should take. They have a large selection to choose from. Me and my boyfriend decided to go with the 5g pack of gummies (which has the strain golden teacher). - $50 each pack.

I’m 136lbs & 5’4 (I’ve had mixed experiences with shrooms before & generally I’d say I don’t like the way shrooms make me feel).

Then I took one gummy (500mg each) and then proceeded to take 3 more later that day interspersed (bcuz we were out the entire day). And it made me feel so happy, clear headed & all the brain chatter I’ve been having the whole year disappeared! I was a nicer, happier and less anxiety ridden person.
