Update: I feel the need to put an update to my earlier review. After posting my review, within 15 minutes I was contacted by the owner looking to understand my experience and wanting to make things right. The 'WOW" part. This is definitely a great customer service experience. Mistakes happen, that's part of business. It's the service that brings people back. I took them up on their offer, went in for dinner, and the food was hot, fresh, fantastic. I now recommend giving this place a try, with full confidence, knowing the owners stand behind their business and do their best to make sure that each customer has a positive experience and great food. The Filipina lady that was working was also quite friendly and pleasant to speak with. - try the schnitzel, yummm

First review: I just ordered this food one skip. I got the schnitzel pita where there was barely any chicken and just mouths full of coleslaw. Little flavour. I also got the garlic potatoes which were not cooked and dry so they went into the garbage. I also got the lentil soup which, while tasty, was very thin and I paid for a full cup but the cup was barely half full. Where is the rest of my soup? Looks like they're trying to split 1 portion into 2 and sell my soup twice. I feel completely ripped off by this place like and it's clear they are cutting corners. Order anything and from anywhere...

I feel ripped off. The food was terrible and the service was poor. I decided to try this place based on the rating. I wish I had taken the time to read some of the more recent reviews. I cannot recommend this place and will not be going back.

The Food I ordered the small beef plate, and 2x beef pita. The rice & potatoes on the beef plate were bland and tasteless, and the beef (requested medium-well) was way overcooked and charred. The cucumber/tomato side salad had some old, soggy/slimy pieces of cucumber in it. The beef pitas were overstuffed with veggies, and barely any meat. The 5 cubes pictured in the beef plate, another skewer like that was used and split between 2 pitas. This meal was just so terrible, and with everything I ordered costing around $35, I feel ripped off.

The Service When I entered I was the only one. I was not greeted, it took them time before taking my order, and I had to repeat my order multiple times, both while ordering and again before preparation. The servers seemed busy and stressed, so I initially let this go.

After ordering, I had to wait 25 minutes for my order. It took time before before asking for toppings, and more time before they put the beef skewers on the grill. Several people came after me and got their orders...
