Rico Burrito — Restaurant in Toronto

Hello to the esteemed customers of Rico Brito Restaurant! I am one of the food delivery drivers who received an order from the aforementioned restaurant on July 11, 2025 at 9 pm. After enduring for 42 minutes, I was confronted with an ugly and unprofessional attitude from the staff there, especially a man. Although the order was prepared after 42 minutes, there was no one to listen to my request to take the order. When I wanted to inform the man who had brought the order after a long delay, I was confronted with an ugly and unprofessional attitude, insults and humiliation, which forced me out of the place. What I have to say is that the food here may be delicious and tasty, but with such an unprofessional and unethical attitude of the staff, the quality of all those dishes is reduced to zero. I suggest to the owner of the aforementioned restaurant that in addition to paying attention to the quality of the food, they should pay more attention to raising the level of professionalism and social ethics of the staff with customers and even a food delivery driver. Ordered from Uber eats. The presentation is very nice but the packaging does seem a little excessive. The food is just ok, very whitewashed Mexican food. On the bright side it does feel healthy to eat. The jarred guac that came with the guac and chips was poorly seasoned, the avocados were a little under ripe, and there was way too many tomatoes, any more and I might think I'm eating salsa with avocado. We just ordered here using uber eats and we are SO IMPRESSED! Not only the food is amazing, the packaging they use is out of this world. Even the guacamole for the chips came IN A JAR! We are so happy to have tried this place, we’ll definitely order here again.
