Short story: QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY PIZZA, SIMPLY PHENOMENAL. JUST TRY IT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET. Long story: Heard about this place from a friend and was in the area so decided to drop by. They only do takeout / curb side pick up (or in our case curb side delivery right to your car) You call their number and place an order, while we waited for our pizza in the oven, we got to meet the owner Michael who also brought out some espresso and chocolate, thanks lots again for that! Wonderful service and just a pleasant experience chatting it up with Mike. He returned with our pizza, we probably didn’t wait longer than 15 mins. Pizza just looks awesome, pic included, and first bite blew our minds, unlike anything we’ve had before in the best way possible, so light, and feels like quality ingredients. We couldn’t devour it fast enough. The best part about the experience was afterwards, I still felt like I can easily go on with my day whereas with other pizza places you can expect to look for a couch after eating a pie. I can easily have this for lunch and return to work and finish off my day without feeling that mid day fatigue after lunch. All in all, just awesome pizza with great and friendly service, couldn’t ask for more. Will be doubling back soon!

This pizza joint is one of a kind, truly! Upon arriving, we were asked to wait in our car and Espresso would be brought out to us while we wait for our pizza. Accompanying the Espresso came some delicious almond-type biscotti, and a second shot of Espresso. The man who served us was absolutely fantastic- his energy was on par and is enough to make you want to come back. Then came the pizza- margherita and antipasto (both to die for) along with a sprig of fresh basil to add on if we wished. My fiancé and I travelled to Italy for vacation 2 years ago and when I say this is the most authentic Italian pizza we’ve had since we’ve been back, we mean it! From the sauce to the toppings, everything was so fresh. We finished off with taking home a Lemon Panettone cake, which we can’t wait to get into. Overall, 10/10 experience as our first time here and it certainly won’t be our last :)

Overall: 8.5 / 10 South Etobicoke has a thriving pizza scene and this is another great spot! Very friendly service and a tasty pie. Crust: 8.5 / 10 Very thin, crisp edges, and chewy middle with well portioned sauce. The slices are juicy but not soggy. I ate all the crust edges as the tomato sauce extends to the end of the slice and is charred without being burnt. Sauce: 8.5 / 10 Tastes very natural and homemade, like authentic San Marzano tomatoes. Very pleasant but not overly seasoned. Cheese: 7.5 / 10 Light on the cheese as the crust is quite thin, but good quality and tasty. Toppings: 8 / 10 The larger cup char style pepperoni is thicker cut, premium quality, and you get enough. I also like the uncooked prosciutto (definitely premium from Italy) with red pepper.

Excellent pizza. In a league above local chains. This is real Pizza, not the "McPizza" everyone seems to be okay with these days.

The crust was thin, but no too thin, cooked perfectly, light crispy and delicious, and let's the toppings do the talking. You can tell right away the toppings are fresh, and quality, and the sauce is very well balanced.

We ate it all, so I cannot comment on how it is cold, or reheated, which is vital information when considdering pizza. Nonetheless, my Standard 6 Tier Pizza Rating system is below:

Taste: 9/10 Crust: 10/10 Toppings: 9/10 Mouth feel: 9.5/10 Next-day: N/A Value: 9/10*

*Based on the "you get what you pay for" fame of mind. If you MUST have 3XXL Pizza's with 3 (recently thawed, bagged) toppings each, plastic cheese, a box of wings and 12 Coke for $19.99... go ahead, head to Domino's or Pizza Pizza... But I urge you to condidder, how can "real food" cost so little?

As a bonus, the owner was incredibly nice, which was refreshing. But with pizza this good... He could have come around the counter and kicked me in the shins before I left, and I would still be coming back for Pizza next week.

If you found this review helpful, please remember to thumbs up, it's important that useful reviews make it to the top. Unfortunately, "Great pizza!" doesn't...

So I've been privileged to have enjoyed pizzas from Michele at Napolitan on a number of occasions with the latest visit being on March 6th. The pizzas have been amazing every time and I highly recommend ordering either of the Primavera or Napolitan versions as they're both delicious! During this COVID-19 environment that we're all living and working through it's wonderful to find a business owner that welcomes you every time you place an order and, when he has the time, even provides you with an espresso coffee while you wait for it! This last visit was even more memorable and a great example of the service Michele provides. It was a last minute decision to order a pizza for dinner and when I ordered it he told me that he was closing in 10 mins but he still took the order! By the time I arrived, AFTER he had closed, he was waiting for me to hand over the pizza he had prepared with a smile on his face and a warm greeting! During these stressful times please support restaurants with owners like Michele and if you're looking for a true NAPOLITAN style pizza - YOU GOTTA...
