SCAMMERS!!!!!! NEVER BUY A THING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! HAD A HUGE PROBLEM WITH A DELIVERY ORDER THAT WAS DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE... CALLED THEM IMMEDIATELY AND THEY KNEW I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AND SOMEONE ELSE DID BECAUSE THE OTHER PERSONS ORDER WAS STILL SITTING AT THE STORE.... OWNER WAS AT HOME RELAXING NOT EVEN AT THE STORE DOING THEIR JOB... EMPLOYEE NAMED BINA CALLED OWNER AT HOME AND OWNER, WHO LIED AND TOLD ME HER NAME WAS "SUZANNE" SAID SHE WOULD ISSUE A FULL REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 22, 2025... SHE TOLD ME DIRECTLY IT WOULD BE ISSUED BY THE END OF DAY SEPTEMBER 22.. HERE IT IS SEPTEMBER 23 AND NO REFUND... THE ORDER WAS A LARGE ORDER FOR $51.91!!!! NOT ONLY WAS SHE RUDE AND IGNORANT AND DISRESPECTFUL WHEN SPEAKING TO ME, ACTING LIKE SHE WAS BETTER THAN ME BUT TO HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED AN INSTANT REFUND FROM UBER EATS ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 21, 2025 AND TO BE ACTING LIKE A DISGUSTING PIG THAT SHE CLEARLY IS... ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS PROCESS MY REFUND AND NONE OF THESE REVIEWS, OR CALLS, OR COMPLAINTS ON THE MR SUB CORPORATE WEBSITE, OR POSTS ON IG ABOUT WHAT SCAMMERS THESE PEOPLE ARE, OR DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WOULD BE HAPPENING .... I ALSO HAVE PUT IN CALLS TO CITY TV AND THE MISSISSAUGA NEWS TO DO A STORY ON HOW THESE FRANCHISEES ARE RUNNING THE MR SUB NAME TO THE GROUND.... Read moreFirst I would like to say that we always been to this location due to the amazing consistency in the quality and freshness of their subs sadly Tonite Dec 8 the at 6:29pm our experience with the manager lack of empathy and seemed that I disturbed her when I called to asked after we picked up our web order if they have new employees making the subs because the quality we received was not the same, my sub had tomatoes on it which I did not ordered and the vegetable were cut much thicker. Two of the three subs were not the same usual excellent quality. Her answer, was non caring and non apologetic..no all of our staff are properly trained.. did not even care to try to make it right for a customer that has been going there for years..time to find a different location ...they must have changed franchisee as this is not what we used to received in terms of friendlyness and quality. Read moreHonestly don't even consider going to this Mr. SUB. We have been here 3 times for lunch during the week since its close to our job site. All 3 times we have witnessed the most incompetence of all sandwich shops. Here is the list of cons: don't always have all the ingredients necessary for their menu items including bread and meats (unacceptable for a sub shop) slow poke behind the counter seems stoned 24/7. Takes the smallest pinches of lettuce (took 5 minutes just to put lettuce on) dropped my chicken on the floor while transferring from press to package took half my lunch hour to make a sub not very polite employees, they should maybe smile once in a while. didn't have soup
After thinking the third time would be a charm it wasn't and i won't be returning ever again. Really...
