This was my first time trying Burger Legend, and I'm pretty happy with the experience. Pictured below is the standard cheeseburger and Cajun fries. The burger was moist the the flavour was lovely, the the burger comes with sautéed onions, which are usually an extra cost at other places. The house sauce that comes on the burger might be heavy handed for some folks, but not for me. The Cajun fries were okay - some were a bit heavy with seasoning, although the flavour was excellent. Not spicy, just right. Despite the so-so seasoning, the actual texture of the fries is really wonderful - crispy and lovely on the outside and soft on the inside like a fresh cut fry should be. Unfortunately, and this part of the review is for you fellow gluten free folks: they try and charge you $1.75 to wrap your burger in lettuce. Yup. Almost two dollars...for lettuce. They call it "making it an air burger". Please consider changing this practice, us folks who can't eat the bun are getting less product than other people and you're out here trying to charge us almost 2 bucks extra...wild. I got my burger without "making it an air burger" for $1.75, and I had to go ask for utensils because I just got a messy patty in a box, no fork. Tl;dr - delicious burgers, pretty good fries, poorly thought out gluten free policy.

Found this place on google while looking for halal burgers in Etobicoke, and I could not have been happier that I stumbled upon on it. I ordered the ‘Buffalo chicken loaded Cajun fries’ (didn’t take a picture of it :( ), which was a solid 10/10, and a must try if you visit, ‘Great one burger’ which was the smashed beef burger and tasted phenomenal too, 8.5/10, lastly we had the ‘Buffalo Chicken poutine’ which was also really good too, 9/10. The best thing was the generosity of the sauce that each of the dishes had. The owner recommended their ‘Nashville chicken sandwich’ too but we didn’t have the appetite for it this time, but will definitely be back for it. A special shoutout to our server Rohama who was kind enough to give us some water and starters to break our fast.

This was my second visit. The first one was outstanding using chicken. Today's I have to say that the smell of the beef was a bit off or they were trying to cover with lots of pepper. The lettuce and cheese was kind of mushy and the biggest disappointment was that I paid extra to have gravy on the homemade french fries. I was shocked at the size of the little gravy container which was they claimed vegan brown sauce which made no sense for the predominant meat consumed. It was smaller than Swiss chalet and was $2.50 plus tax so it came to $3 photo included. So overall I doubt I would be coming back and if I did it would be just for the chicken sandwich because that was good.

Was in the area and went to timmys, saw this place and figured I would try it. first off the short at the cash did not give me back my correct change, my bill was $11.29, I gave $21.35...he gave back a 10 dollar bill..I let it slide...its not the shortage of 5 cents, its the principal...also as soon as he done cashing me out, he went rightaway over to take a bun out with his bare hands for my burger. I called him out on this, I said buddy, "you just handled cash and you're touching my food with your bare hands"...he tried to say he washed his hands, I told him no, I was standing at the side watching him, its my first time there, wanted to see how food handling was....no wonder there's a high rate of spreadable infections....food handlers don't follow proper hygiene....this place...
