I was very disappointed in my visit for my lunch break. I went in, waited for my turn as there was about 5 people ahead of me and only one worker so I patiently waited. I noticed a girl walk in as I did, but she just went and sat at the table with her hoodie on. Long story short it’s now my turn and the sandwich artist ask what bread I would like and she took it out and placed it on the counter as she continued to finish with the customers ahead of me. As I waited another customer comes in and the lady with the hoodie at the table I mentioned earlier gets up, goes behind the counter and begins to take the customers order who came in after me. So I’m thrown back as I’ve been waiting for about 15-20minutes in line and don’t understand why this new customer is being served next by someone who wasn’t wearing the subway uniform but she was wearing regular outside/street clothes and just got up and went behind the counter to prepare the food which I also thought to be very unsanitary. So I asked why she was serving him before me then she went to give me attitude as if I had no right to ask such a question and went on to say he was her brother. Which I understood but was very disgusted with the fact the sleeve of her sweater that was outside attire was all over my bread that was placed down before, so I told her and she gave more attitude asked if I wanted another bread which at that point I was very offended and turned off from the food in general and would have walked out but didn’t have time to go anywhere else. I was on my lunch break so I just told her to switch the bread and she did. All while slamming the bread box door in the process as if I was wrong for what I asked. I’ve went to subway for many many years for the freshness and healthy food choices but what she did was very unsanitary and unprofessional. She also went on to say she wasn’t on the clock and was just making it for her brother but at the end of the day I’m a paying customer who spent lots of money at subway but I will not return to this location as I felt very disrespected and unappreciated. A restaurant should hold a high regard for cleanliness which I know subway usual does but that lady very much so did not and was unprofessional to go with it. I hope you guys fix this issue. Btw the actual server was great but the other girl who was wearing street clothes so I couldn’t see her name tag was really inconsiderate and like I said...
Read moreDon't go here within the last 3 or so hours before they close. Theyre really cheap and know people will cave so they stop making bread early and won't open a new pack of cheese to give you the key be you want. I DESPISE "American" cheese and won't have it on a sub. When I asked if I could have bacon instead of the cheese they very very firm that they couldn't do that, even though I wasn't having cheese on my sub. I tell everybody I know to avoid this store at all costs. I hear rumor that service in the day isn't too shabby but many customers only come at certain times of day. MY FIRST experience at this at this store was national sandwich day and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. MAYBE they had a rough day and stock got ravaged. (Not really a great excuse for National Sandwich Day) But the half dozen or so times I've been there since with co-workers and such it was an identical experience. No bread, no cheese. I don't get what I came for. DONT GO...
Read moreApparently they had a system glitch so they couldn't process coupons, not advertised properly on the app, and the store wouldn't make any exceptions to charge the equivalent-priced item of the coupon. What's the difference to the corporation, except that they got $5 bucks more out of my pocket? They can over-ride prices all the time on the till for all kinds of reasons.
So I walk out with a $14 regular price for a basic foot-long sub? I might as well go to a proper Shawarma place with much tastier food and help local owners instead of corporation. What disappointing customer service experience. Don't go to Subway unless you are starving and no...
