Niche Essence — Attraction in Toronto

I didn’t want to give this store a bad review but the customer service is extremely POOR. I’ve been to this store twice and both times I vowed never to return but today we tried again and again the store let us down. First time weeks ago, we visited the store the sales person was so bias that she refused to show me any of the perfumes I wanted to try because she detested the “type” of perfume I like which is fruity, sweet, floral gourmand, type fragrances. Quote on quote, “she said she couldn't stomach any fruity florals” and I left empty handed. It was sooooo awful. Today, we tried again and today was even worse. Today we tried to enter the store and no one was in the store. There was a sign that said that they were open but the door was locked for 45 mins to 1 hour with nothing to indicate when the sales person would return. It was weird. Usually there is some sign up stating that they’ve left with a specific time when they should return but nothing was posted and we were left to guess what on earth was happening, When she finally did return and we commented on not knowing if the store was unmanned or if the sales person went on break ( the sign indicated nothing) the sales person was crusty and said , “I was on break for only 20 minutes.” Everyone is entitled to a break but maybe the sign should indicate when the sales person should return so customers aren’t waiting up to an hour wondering what is happening. We then asked for some perfume tester strips and the sales person was so rude about not supplying them and company policy that my husband walked out of the store. She was so crusty saying if we have a problem that we should write a negative review and that she doesn’t care. Writing a negative review was never brought up and I’ve never written one before but the rudeness from this sales person was so awful, people need to know how bad this store really is.
