Came into this branch to get a new card because of fraud activity, I asked the teller if I needed to set up my online banking while I was there or if there was anything else I needed to do to which he replied no you just have to put it in the machine for your 1st purchase and enter your pin and it will work. Fast forward to 5 minutes later and the card not working and me not having time to go back to this branch and now not only have I not been able to access my funds receive transfers or pay my rent. Now I have to go back sometime probably NEXT WEEK when I have time to get this problem fixed when it should have been dealt with the 1st time. I'm sure not to return to this branch and find a more competent location. If I go back and they still can't fix the issue I will make sure to go even further out of my way to find a more competent branch.
Edit: I've gone back to have the first issue resolved, only to be told I have GO BACK TO THE BRANCH FOR THEM TO FIX ANOTHER THING ON MY ACCOUNT after spending an HOUR on the phone with them AFTER visiting the branch so they could fix a different issue.
WTH IS GOING ON?! Is everyone new?
I'm ready to close my account. This branch is whack and apparently everyone employed at this location has no idea of how to do their job.

And my partner came in to get her business access card. Instead of giving her a access card under her name they just automatically cancel my card and create a new card for me and give my card to her instead of giving her access card under name. Is very simple order and they scew it up. This isn't the first time they scew up. I will save the other complaint for another day to give them another 1 star review. Two and a half weeks roles by no word so I went in to ask if my card has arrived the answer given was no.
