From the moment I stepped into Chiang Mai Thai Restaurant at The Junction in Toronto, I knew I was in for a treat. This gem of a restaurant has not only captivated my taste buds but also my heart, thanks to the exceptional service and the sumptuous cuisine that hails from the heart of Thailand.

Every visit to Chiang Mai is a journey into the vibrant essence of Thai culture, wrapped in the warmth and hospitality of its staff. Jess, Ken, and Tom, in particular, have made each of my experiences truly unforgettable. Their attention to detail, genuine care, and the ability to make every guest feel like royalty are what set this restaurant apart. It’s rare to find a place where the staff remembers your name and your favorite dishes, making each visit feel personal and exclusive.

Speaking of dishes, the Mango Salad and the Green Curry are my go-to choices. The Mango Salad, with its perfect blend of sweet and spicy, paired with the crunch of fresh vegetables, is a refreshing start to the meal. It’s more than just a dish; it’s a celebration of flavors that prepares the palate for more delightful tastes to come.

The Green Curry, on the other hand, is a masterpiece. The curry is rich, creamy, and packed with the right balance of spices and coconut milk, enveloping tender pieces of meat and vegetables. Each spoonful is a testament to the chef’s skill and the authenticity of Thai cuisine. It’s a dish that warms the soul and leaves you yearning for more.

Chiang Mai Thai Restaurant is not just about food; it’s about the experience. The cozy ambiance, combined with the exemplary service and the exquisite Thai cuisine, makes it a must-visit destination in Toronto. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, a meal at Chiang Mai promises to be a memorable journey into the heart of Thailand’s culinary wonders.

A special thanks goes to Jess, who stands out as the greatest host in Toronto. Her exceptional ability to make guests feel welcomed and valued adds a unique touch to the dining experience that is unparalleled. Jess, your warmth and professionalism are truly the heart of Chiang Mai.

To Jess, Ken, Tom, and the entire team at Chiang Mai, thank you for making every visit spectacular. Your dedication to your guests and the art of Thai cooking is what makes this restaurant a treasure. I look forward to many more meals and memories at this...

I recently chose Chiang Mai as the destination to celebrate my son's 22nd birthday, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Catering to the diverse preferences within our group, we opted for milder flavors due to my wife's spice limitations. From the moment we stepped in, Chiang Mai delivered an outstanding dining experience.

The service was a standout feature. Our server, knowledgeable and attentive, went above and beyond to make recommendations tailored to our tastes. Arriving before 6 allowed us to take advantage of the happy hour drinks, adding an extra layer of joy to the celebration.

To start, we indulged in a round of Thai milk tea, which was impeccably balanced—refreshing without being overly milky or sweet. For appetizers, we selected the Thai calamari, Papaya Salad, and Tom Yum soup. These starters served as a delightful prelude to the main courses, awakening our taste buds with a burst of authentic Thai flavors.

Our dinner choices included Panang Duck, Khao Soi beef short ribs, and pineapple fried rice with lobster. The Panang Duck stole the show with its rich and flavorful profile, while the Khao Soi beef exhibited tenderness and deliciousness. Though the pineapple fried rice was tasty, the lobster seemed to be merely an addition, not enhancing the overall dish.

Despite the satisfyingly substantial main courses, we couldn't resist indulging in the mango sticky rice for dessert. A perfect choice to conclude our meal, the mango sticky rice was a delightful combination of sweetness and texture, leaving us thoroughly content.

In summary, our experience at Chiang Mai was marked by exceptional service, a diverse range of delectable dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's a must-visit for those seeking an authentic Thai culinary adventure. I highly recommend this gem for any special celebration or simply to savor the rich flavors...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chiang Mai at the Junction, and I must say it is truly the best restaurant in the neighborhood. The restaurant's commitment to Southeast Asian hospitality is evident in their warm and accommodating service. I would like to extend my commendation to Kin, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. His attentiveness and care truly made us feel valued.

Aaliyah, the hostess, was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome right from the moment we stepped in. The impeccable service staff, including B, Jesse, and Jake, left a lasting impression with their attentive and professional demeanor. Their dedication to making our visits memorable was evident in every interaction.

The bartender, whose name we unfortunately didn't catch, also deserves special recognition for crafting the perfect cocktail. She went above and beyond to ensure my drink was a delightful and personalized experience. Her skill and creativity truly added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

Chiang Mai at the Junction has undoubtedly become our go-to neighborhood spot. Not only does it offer amazing food, but the level of service provided is akin to that of a luxury resort. We were filled with joy and satisfaction throughout our dining experience, thanks to the incredible food and the exceptional service we received.

To the entire team at Chiang Mai at the Junction, thank you for creating a dining experience that surpasses expectations. Your dedication to hospitality and attention to detail have made this restaurant a true gem in the neighborhood. We eagerly anticipate...
