Came in on a Thursday night and spoke with a teller. She directed me to her manager. Her manager or another individual, let’s just say manager, directed me to a financial adviser in one of the rooms.
Let me say that they were extremely polite. I have dealt with another teller here before and she was great and I got what I needed done with friendly and speedy service. That night, the manager was apologetic and said maybe they’re all booked up but he’d try to get someone to help.
He found a financial adviser to help and unfortunately, it was G.
She was not happy to be there. And I understand she was there late, but if you agree to see a client beyond your hours, it’s your choice and basic politeness is called for. Because tbh, in this day and age, I didn’t want to be there in person either.
As soon as she heard my questions she said they could’ve helped you out front or online in a curt way, bordering on rude. She made it clear that addressing my questions was a chore for her. And made it seem like the entire ask was painful. The interaction was highly uncomfortable and the attitude was uncalled for.
I went to a bank in person because I was directed to by her colleague. This whole thing seemed like an internal training miscommunication. But in front of clients, please don’t make your entire team look bad and brush off clients when they’re trying to follow procedures your coworkers provided.
Two stars because I got what I needed done....
Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If there was a Zero star review option, I would’ve chose it a 100X. And I say this with outmost respect. My money got jammed in the ATM and so did my Debit Card. They told me it will take by the end of the day to get me my money back “BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE THE KEY TO ENTER THE ATM MACHINE????”. THE SUPERVISOR A MALE ABOUT 5’8-5’9 with curly hair and glasses told me they already built a report and rushed it. Anyways, they convinced me to go back home and I will receive my money at the end of the day. I left and called customer service at the end of the day to come and find out, THEY DIDN’T EVEN BUILD A REPORT!!! So not only did they deceive me about receiving my money at the end of the day, they also lied about building a report. One last thing, the manager who is an Asian lady with round glasses was listening in to the issue and didn’t bother doing anything about it. I’m a very honest person and I hate it when people LIE. I came to the conclusion that if TD BANK HIRES THIS KIND OF REPRESENTATIVES, ITS REALLY NOT A TRUST BANK LIKE THEY CLAIM. You just lost a loyal customer and I’m leaving to a better option. I also don’t recommend this location let...
Read moreThis is the worst branch ever. I came in to use the TD ATM machine. Parked my car in the garage in front of the entrance. Not even 20 secs I’m done using the ATM. They locked the door and the brown lady says I gotta exit the other way when I can see my car parked and I told her “I’m literally looking at my car right in front of your door” as I point to my car. She was like well it’s locked….I’m sorry you can’t tell me you can’t unlock it for me to exit? All it takes is 1 step rather me going around. And she says no (with the unexpected attitude )It’s the inconvenience for me and it’s the fact that she knows she can unlock it right there and then she just didn’t want to. Also, if you knew you had to lock it at a certain time why didn’t they lock it in the first place. Moral of the story is the woman didn’t need to be an inconvenience if she could have tone down the attitude just unlocked the door so I can take one step to get in my car rather than myself going around the building. Maybe she had plans, doesn’t get paid enough, or just wanted to clock out fast for the day with her team but she was just unnecessary & needs to work on her customer...
