My parents (91 and 92 years old) were having trouble booking appointments for their COVID-19 boosters through the provincial booking site.

I reached out to my parents MPP, Christina Mitas' Scarborough Centre Constituency office on January 5th, 2022. By January 7th Ms. Mitas' office put me in touch with the Canadian Centre for Refugee and Immigrant Health Care who in conjunction with the Scarborough COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic were offering in-home vaccinations for Seniors.

Incredibly, during the morning of January 8th Dr. Paul Caulford was able to visit my parents home and give them their COVID-19 booster vaccines!!!!

My parents and I would like to express our sincere thanks to Libby Andaya and Dr. Caulford of the CCRIHC and MPP Mitas for their incredibly prompt response to our concern about the difficulty to book a booster vaccine appointment.

I really appreciate the doctors efforts but not the nurses or the one who answering the phone, she is very rude and disrespectful, I’ve the worst experience ever there, latterly they are treated people like animals, I understand some of them are volunteering, but if you have to volunteering come and do your things with respect and love, but if you want to disrespect people and speaking with attitude,im advising you please stop doing any kind of volunteering things and just go and watch your kids, enjoy your home you’re going to save a lot of life by doing that.dignity is everything for human so respect people in next time and have some...

This clinic is very kind and has the best people there to help the needy. My parents were visitors from India and didn't had insurance, my father was not well and he had to consult a doctor soon. This clinic asked us to visit them on the day we called and they arranged for Blood test and Ultra sound as per Doctors advice in a very short time. I experienced this clinic does a great job for the people who are new to the country and do no have insurance. I dont have words to explain how helpful the Receptionists, Doctors and Nurses are here.
