Driving range review only: Not a good place to go if you golf. Balls are in horrible condition - they're completely scuffed, old, the mantles and cores are completely shot. It feels like you're hitting a cheap plastic ping pong ball with a bar of soap inside. The balls are so marred up from the backspin landing on a PAVEMENT fairway, you are left wondering... are you fading? are you drawing? Was it the ball, or you? You'll never know. BEWARE: The sand trap practice area down at the end near the water, hardly has any sand in it. There is a huge rock hiding beneath a layer of about 1 - 2 inches of sand; I now have 2 small gouges on the underside of my TaylorMade sand wedge. DO NOT USE sand trap practice. And it's a complete rip off. $27 for 2 medium buckets of fuzzy plastic balls. ***** You won't learn or improve anything at this place***** ***** and you'll damage your sand wedge ***** the mini putt and beach volley ball look fun.

This place is ridiculous and illegal you should avoid. Me and my gf stayed here for 39mins and they changed us $109.33 which is enough for a membership elsewhere. The bill should be around $70 according their website and their reason is my assigned spot is number 15 but I changed it to 18. Yes, I did went to another spot. Because there’s someone was occupying my spot !!!!!!!!!!!! Since you guys assigned a wrong spot, you are the one to say sorry to me. Or, you can charge the guy who took my spot(maybe they did). But in any of views you should never count it on me. Finally. It located at the heart of Toronto, where ppl can’t even find a living space, taken up a huge size of land for your own business. How dare to operate like this way??

This is my fav place Unfortunately there’s a woman who works there that doesn’t treat me like others which sucks. Yesterday I ordered two tequila shots and asked for limes and she said they didn’t have any.. I know they stock Monday and Tuesday. I asked my male friend to order the next round and she gave him 5 line slices ☹️ .. I’m always very nice to everyone, I’m a please and thank you always person It sucks being treated differently I want to add that this happened last time I was there, so I’m not just complaining about a one off

Disrespectful and demeaning experience at this driving range. My friend and I were hitting balls at a mat for around an hour. Then occasionally I would hit a ball or two on the mat beside us, as the range was half empty (so not as though we were taking away from paying customers). Maybe it was half empty due to what comes next.

Approaching the end of the hour, an employee came up to us and shouted “you need to leave.” Taken aback, I asked if our hour was up? He claims another employee had reprimanded us numerous times with warnings that we could not be on the second mat without paying for it. This didn’t happen. I explained this, and he said “so you’re telling me no one warned you, and if not my staff is insubordinate and I need to discipline them.” I said a young gentleman had come by to clean up balls around the mat but never spoke to us.

The man (who is a foot taller than me may I add) proceeds to get in my face, towering over me, and aggressively shouts at me “either you leave or I need to discipline my staff.” I try to explain we were not told this regarding the second mat, but we apologize but would happily pay for the second mat, and he keeps SCREAMING and interrupting me “you leave or my staff is insubordinate and I need to PUNISH them.”

With that, I said “excuse me, I don’t appreciate you asserting dominance over two young women, so with that we will head out.” Then the man yells at me to “calm down.” I said “I don’t appreciate the way you’re speaking to us, and we don’t want to ruin the younger employee’s day so we’re going to head out.” Then he turns to my friend and starts to yell at her with the same aggression, which I interrupted him and said “thanks for this but that’s enough. We’re going to head out, cheers.”

It is disappointing that an older man chose to harass two apologetic young women trying to have a nice afternoon. We felt disrespected and demeaned by the disgusting behaviour at The Dock’s. To say the least, won’t be returning. Would recommend women do not attend this misogynistic atmosphere and this rude man reconsider his...

The employees here are dishonest regarding their pricing and lack customer service skills.

Our group of 5 visited this Sunday afternoon and requested a lane to play. The female staff member at the check in said she could offer us 2 lanes for our group. When asked about pricing, she stated it would be $40/hr. She did not specify the pricing was per hour per lane. She also did not mention there was a max capacity of 4 people per lane. In addition, we were also charged $20 for a set of 2 golf clubs. We assumed we were offered the 2 lanes because the place was empty and they had many lanes open.

When it came time to pay at checkout, the male staff member was rude when I had asked to clarify the charges of $101.00.

He kept repeating we played for 60 minutes but did not mention to us the charges were for 2 lanes until much later. When I had asked to speak to the original staff member he was rude, cut me off, and condescending. When disputing the charge he claimed they only allow 4 people per lane and that’s why we were given 2. The original female staff member was nowhere to be seen and he would not call her to speak to us.

If the place is going to charge per lane that’s fine but be honest. The website says $40/hr. Does not specify it’s per lane and makes no mention of the 4 people per lane capacity. There was also no signage to this effect at the location.

Maybe update your website House Rules and FAQ to be upfront of the capacity limit per lane and the...

I booked a personal golf lesson with Mike on May 13th and scheduled it for Wednesday June 29th. I told him, that I was bringing a group together (6-7 individuals) for a team building/fun event as most of the group has never played golf and everyone was interested in learning the basics. We reserved two bays and one hour for the session. The reservation was always for the 29th. When I arrived, he told my group that I had booked the 28th and the 29th and when I didn't show up on the 28th, he cancelled our reservation for the 29th and booked a couple for our time slot (one that looked to be a regular customer). He said he would have reached out to me but did not have my phone number which was also a lie when I checked our email exchanges. The phone number was included in our back and forth. He lied, gas lit me and tried to make it look like it was my oversight in front of my colleagues. And my colleagues experience with Mike was that they felt that he was condescending and patronizing. He never took accountability or did anything to rectify the situation. The ONLY reason I hosted the team event there was for the lesson, so it felt like a complete fail. Besides that, the golf range definitely needs some maintenance, not what I would have expected from prime waterfront space. It's also quite out of the way from the rest of the downtown core. I would not suggest this driving range or...
