They gave us one week's notice that they will do major indoor construction from October - June 2022, which includes shutting off ALL water, every Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 (sometimes later), UNTIL AT LEAST END OF DECEMBER, "likely end of February." This doesn't include the outdoor construction, the noise, the eventual construction inside each unit (drilling holes in the kitchen and bathrooms). Not recommended!! Large piping project from Oct 2021 to Jun 2022. No water from 9am-6pm for many days. Started to go into units to change the pipes, so no washers and dryers for 2 WEEKS as they moved them out of the laundry room. Management office does not know what is going on.

Rent/buy here if you are not planning to stay at the unit, or if you can survive...

The board and management here is absolutely sickening with thier extreme political stance. They need to learn how to listen to both sides than just communist stances. Pool closed for 3 YEARS and counting. Ask yourself why this is the cheapest real estate in the entire willowdale. Agents know why. One word......
