Okay, I literally have waited too long to try these and I regret all 24 years that I have been alive before trying these 😭 I want one every day but unluckily/luckily, the nearest location to me is at least a 30 minute drive away!

Since it takes me that long to get there, I made a list prior to going to ensure I got to try the full selection I was interested in 📝

OH! I also asked for all the sauces on the side that I wanted because I knew I would be popping most of these rice dogs into the toaster oven before eating them 😂 Wanted the rice coating as CRISPY as possible, ya know?

-[SQUID INK CHEESE] $5.99 🦑 10/10 I was skeptical of this one at first because of its coloration but upon biting into it, I found it to be very flavorful ☺️ I enjoyed this one very much! Would definitely recommend this for people who like a good combination of cheese, hot dogs, and are relatively more adventurous eaters!

-[VOLCANO] $6.99 🌋 9/10 This one was good too! I understand why it is priced higher as the overall rice dog was larger than all of the rest! The nice kick in each bite was amazing as well 🌶️ This was also quite filling

-[DOUBLE CHEESE] $5.99 🧀🧀 6/10 haha, I wanted to like this one more but for about 5/6th of the way into this rice dog, I genuinely thought they forgot the second cheese 🥲 Turns out the second cheese was just pooled at the very bottom at the end!

-[CHICKEN TOPPING] $6.99 🍗 7/10 THIS is what I was most excited for but maybe that was why I ended up not liking it nearly as much as I thought I would 😭 Think of it like crispy bites of chicken coating the outside of the rice dog, doesn't that sound WONDERFUL?! ✨ When I ate mine though, the little chicken pieces were quite sharp and tough so although the taste was definitely 🔥, I did find it slightly painful to consume it

Overall, I would definitely make the drive out again to get them! I think I'll place a Ritual order ahead of time though to bypass...

This is a quaint little Korean street food place that sells various kinds of rice hot dogs on a stick (beef, chicken, pork and veggie) with a selection of toppings/sauces. There are other comfort foods here like wings and fries too.

Starting with food, it was pretty good! Now of course it's not fine dining, but you shouldn't be expecting that in the first place. It's a fast and convenient place to get a taste of Korean street food, and for that it's great. The rice dogs are made to order so they taste hot and fresh if not a little doughy. The rest of the food is the same. The wings are actually fantastic, and they have a few different sauces to try (I'd recommend the sweet and spicy). I have to say I wasn't too crazy about the fries. Not necessarily because you can put toppings on those too - just the fries themselves. Mind you these were consumed about 20 minutes after purchasing them freshly made so that could have had an impact on taste. I felt like they needed a little salt and tasted fairly plain otherwise, even with a few toppings on top.

The service was fantastic. You're usually taken care of immediately when you walk in. And even when they're crazy busy they do their best to greet you as they work on other orders. Feeling welcome is the cornerstone of any good restaurant business, so I'm glad they got this part right.

Admittedly, this is a takeout place so the atmosphere is not much to write home about. I think they could probably update or modernize the aesthetic a little, but you aren't waiting long for your food so generally not a big deal.
