EDITED AFTER FIVE MONTHS OF USING DECIEM TO REVIEW THE PRODUCTS I USE: I cannot say enough about how much these products have changed my skin. I used to have nasty hormonal breakouts, as well as lots of 'normal' acne all month long, all over my face. All of this left purplish hyperpigmentation all over my face, especially on my cheeks and jawline. I also had a great deal of redness all over my face, and combined with the dark marks from acne, this meant that I never felt comfortable walking outside without foundation. I now have no acne whatsoever for most of the month; my breakouts around my period consist of only a few tiny pimples that disappear entirely within a couple of days; my redness is gone, because my skin is so much better hydrated and the products I use are so much gentler; and I almost never wear makeup (and on the rare occasion I do, it's not because I feel I have to, but because meh, I feel like playing with a paintbrush today).
I use a lot of NIOD products (LVCE; SS; SDSM; CAIS; and MMHC are my core regimen, and I also use a couple of the masks- Flavanone Mud and Mastic Must- every once in a while); a couple of The Ordinary products (Niacinamide + Zinc and Rose Hip Oil); my regular pre-DECIEM moisturizer, Peter Thomas Roth Cloud Cream; and my pre-DECIEM face oil, Sunday Riley UFO.
Could not be happier, and I recommend DECIEM- particularly NIOD- to everyone.

First time buying. They were super helpful, and took away a product from my stash that wouldn't have worked for my acne-prone skin, so props to them for being genuinely helpful instead of "buy all the things we want your money" helpful.
Speaking of money: my three products came to $28. I almost happy cried. Three equivalent products for acne somewhere else used to cost like $150 for me. I'm thrilled I took the plunge! I'll have to update after using the products...

I'm simply leaving this review to give you guys a free 5 star rating, and to squeeze in that this place really gave me a good chuckle. The giant stone warehouse vibe, dotted with small, white industrial carts along the walls, was just a scene I didn't expect to walk in to. The minimalist vibe and downtown boutique meme is honestly just perfected here.
Upon looking at the carts' content up close, and seeing a bottle of "neck elasticity serum", well, that was just the cherry on top. If you see this, please let me know what that actually does, we were genuinely curious.
Please don't take my views the wrong way. I am not your target audience, and can't properly appreciate the well-loved brand and product you've created. Simply put, I just couldn't resist the urge to comment on the fact this was the most beautifully captured minimalist store I have ever set foot in. Genuinely had a lovely time...
