First Impressions Located in the distillery market, Arvo is a popular choice. Its wooden furniture, high unfinished ceilings and concrete walls give it a rustic feel. Although busy, it’s a relaxing environment with its dim lighting ans r&b/soul music playing in the background. ⸻
Coffee Quality I had a flat white with lactose free milk.
Espresso: sweet floral aroma - perfume like, balances acidity, medium light sugar sweetness, sweet honey flavour that leaves you with a Pleasant and lingering sweet finish

Arvo Coffee is an interesting little spot in the Distillery District, perfect for catching up with friends or just people-watching. The ambiance is relaxed, but when it comes to the coffee... well, it doesn’t exactly blow you away. It’s pretty standard fare, the kind of coffee you’d expect from a machine.

Price-wise, it’s about what you’d expect for the area—nothing too outrageous, but not a bargain either. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re in the area, especially since coffee shops aren’t exactly plentiful around here. But if you’re after an exceptional brew, you might want to...
Read moreFantastic cafe/coffee shop. It's easy to just grab something and go but when you want a real treat, check Arvo out. The one problem with that decision? They'll ruin you to "regular coffee". Every time I drink a Timmies, Starbucks or whatever, I sigh and dream about Arvo's artisan made coffee drinks. They also deviate a bit from your standard coffee drinks and offer a green tea latte and a coffee berry tea... all worth checking out. Very family friendly with personable staff with a tots menu and the pastries/desserts are just mouth watering. Will cross town for this caffeine treat!
It's also sharing space with a florist so it really brightens the place up and you can walk out with a nice floral arrangement for...
