Luckily, I saw the Tech-Hut shop close to me at Commercial Drive and found a "gem". The technician, Dhruv Patel, was so nice and kind. He was ever so patient in explaining things to me and not rushing at all. He is also very courteous. It's a delight to meet such a nice and competent young man.
