From the start of our correspondence with Just Right Catering, we knew that it was going to be a great fit. Communication was fast and friendly and prices were up front. We were given detailed lists of everything included in the price we were paying per person and it was easy to customize this to fit our specific needs. There was no hidden costs or extra charges. From the tasting to our actual wedding, the food was hands down delicious. It tasted so fresh with a perfect compliment of flavors. So many people asked us for our caterer’s name afterwards and people went up for seconds. Also as important as the food, the staff played an equally vital part. We found the staff very professional. They worked with our wedding coordinator so everything happened on time and we really appreciated all the friendly attitudes of the service staff including the bartender. Plates were cleared fast and efficiently and the staff was conscious of being quiet during speeches. Just Terrible food & service.

Food was dropped off 2 hours early, so it was lukewarm and the cheese had hardened by the time it was eaten. This put a strain on our event as they came before we even had the room booked, despite the fact that I emailed them the correct drop off time prior to the event. The staff didn't know when they were supposed to pick up the food either. My guests all said it would have been better if we'd just done a potluck, that's how bad the food was. I called the Manager to try and get some sort of compensation for his company's mistakes, and instead of being understanding he absolutely berated me on the phone, eventually settling for $75 off the original price... I paid over $1000 for 3 pans of bad pasta & horrible service.

I am truly sorry you feel this way regards our food and service, I felt we made every effort to provide a catered event for you at your very tight budget point. The details of the venue, menu & times changed constantly in your efforts to save more & more money & with hindsight I should have been aware that the plan was not going to work, had you have taken my advice and had a staff member on site to take care of the home made Canneloni I am sure things would have been different. As far as the cost I did offer you a considerable discount in the hope of trying to make things right, the cost was not just for the food, it included the large amount of rentals & equipment you also required.
