Queen Elizabeth Park is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Vancouver. This beautiful park is home to a wide variety of stunning gardens, natural landscapes, and recreational activities that are sure to delight visitors of all ages and interests.

One of the most popular attractions within the park is the Bloedel Conservatory, which houses an impressive collection of exotic birds and tropical plants. The conservatory's domed structure is an architectural marvel and provides visitors with a unique and immersive experience of the park's diverse flora and fauna.

Another highlight of Queen Elizabeth Park is the stunning Quarry Garden, which features a beautifully landscaped rock quarry and waterfalls that are a favorite spot for photographers and nature enthusiasts. The park also offers a variety of other outdoor activities, such as tennis courts, lawn bowling, and disc golf, making it an ideal spot for family outings or picnics with friends.

But the park's real standout feature is its incredible panoramic views of the city and the surrounding mountains. From the highest point in the park, visitors can enjoy breathtaking vistas that stretch all the way to the Pacific Ocean on clear days. Whether you're looking for a serene place to relax and enjoy nature or an active outdoor adventure, Queen Elizabeth Park has something for everyone.

Overall, I highly recommend adding Queen Elizabeth Park to your Vancouver itinerary. With its stunning gardens, unique attractions, and panoramic views, it is truly one of the city's...

There was a quarry at this place and converted into a garden in 1960. This beautiful garden has shrubs, perennials, bulbs, annuals, ornamental trees, colorful flowers, cascading water fall and pathways. Overall, it turns out to be a wonderful landscape. Stunning views of the mountains add to the beauty of the garden.

The flower beds and overall garden was nicely manicured, trimmed and maintained. We had one day extra in Vancouver at the end of our Alaska cruise. We decided to do the Vancouver city tour. We had 50 people in our group and we rented a chartered bus. This was our last stop before heading for dinner.

This is the highest vantage point of Vancouver city and therefore it gives spectacular views of city and the mountains and became a popular destination for photo shoots. Bloedel Conservatory adjacent to this garden is one of the finest conservatory with nominal admission fees. We decided to skip the conservatory and instead preferred the outdoor garden due to time constraints.

The garden is not easily accessible for the people with mobility issues, as you might have to climb lots of steps. The Quarry garden is part of the bigger Queen Elizabeth Park which has all other sports facilities like tennis courts, basketball courts etc. It is wonderful to have free garden for...

WOW. Love this garden. This is absolutely beautiful and absolutely free. You will not regret coming here and enjoying the views and being right in the middle of nature. The garden is easily accessible for all. It is well maintained and manicured. There is lots of parking. There are public washrooms also. Many people talk about the Butchart Gardens on Vancouver Island it this as a fantastic alternative. It is much smaller but just as beautiful. Plus already mentioned it is free. My wife and I loved our visit and will return again.
