Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

I went to a Fresh Slice location around 9 PM with my friend for dinner. Just wanted to let everybody know it is a wonderful place and I highly recommend to visit. Customer service for hours was awesome. I was greeted with a big smile. I was heard about my choices I had got a custom pizza made, and the staff was amazing and owner was also there himself serving the guest with a smile and warmth. The store was super clean. Excellent customer service washrooms were very clean , in spite of being very busy each, and every customer was given priority and was attended with lot of courtesy and it is a big hospitality place saw kids getting balloons highly recommend to go with your family for a good tasty. Delicious dinner. I was amazed to see the hospitality when a 70 year above lady came in to the store to pick up and the pizza that she had ordered online the way she was respected, and her confusions were cleared and was given discount was really an amazing gesture...

Awful Experience – Do Not Order from Freshslice Pizza!

I’ve never been so frustrated with a pizza place in my life! I placed an order with Freshslice Pizza, and not only did they fail to make my pizza, but they also had the audacity to cancel my order without any notice or explanation. I waited over an half hour before I got an email saying my order had been canceled. No call, no apology, nothing.

This is completely unacceptable. I’m left hungry and extremely disappointed, and it’s clear that customer service isn’t a priority for them. I’ve ordered from plenty of places in the past, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Avoid Freshslice Pizza at all costs unless you want to be ignored and left without your meal!

What a store , has online orders turned on to accept but does not want to make it . I get it it’s late but as a customer if I see the store is accepting orders I will place an order .

I placed an order at 12:10 , eventually reached the restaurant at 12:25 until then the order on my end was being processed. As to my shock when I reach both employees had no idea of the order and were telling me they can’t make . Okay I understand. But u could have called me and let me know before ? I drove to pick it up . Time is being wasted . Kunal don’t get me wrong as someone who is getting paid by the hour u really need to understand the value of time .
