I have shopped at Coach Outlets all the time but I must say this is not one outlet store I would go back to. Last Thursday I spent over $1000 at the store. I paid with my credit card and the transaction was approved on my side but the store computer crashed while printing the receipts. I called the Visa company and they said the payment went through pending receipt on the other side. The store manager Nordia said she needed me to pay again and that it would get resolved the next day. She initially said she was too busy to write me a note explaining the situation but finally agreed to do so after I would not leave the store. Today she did not call me as she said she would. When I finally got a hold of her she said that she had emailed the company headquarters but they had not gotten back to her and that she was off the weekend so she would deal with it on Monday, December 24. I told her that this was terrible customer service and told her I should write a review to which she said go ahead. I have paid double for my purchase and am still waiting for a refund. Apparently the computers crash not infrequently because the girl at the register said the computer crashed again when my bill was being processed. Don't shop at this store. Go to Cookstown or...
Read moreI ordered a bag online for which money was transacted from my account. Few days later they cancelled my request. I called to inquire the reason and the lady did not have any answer and asked me to pick it from the shop. I told her that if it would have been convenient for me to pick from the outlet mall then why should I order it online and if they are short of bags they should not display on their website which they were still showing. I told her that the outlet mall is an hour drive from my place. Wasting 3 hours and still being unsure whether I would find the bag or the deal was not worth it. I was really displeased about their service and their customer service representative. I asked her to get me through someone senior in position and lol what she said that no one is available atm and they will call me in 24 to 48 hours. Well who the hell is going to wait for customer representative call when the event is 5days later. In short words it charges like a big brand while their customer service is like a cheap IDK whether to call it as a brand or not. I wish i got her name - she was at the cash register on Sunday, August 3rd. She spelled my name wrong when setting up my Coach account, although I repeated the spelling 4 times. English may have been her second language and she was below 5'5.
Amongst other items in my hand that I was checking out with, I specifically asked for a new Teri bag from the back (because the stitching was a little weird on the one I was holding), and she said she can't bring it although a male associate walked out with multiple Teri bags in his hand to restock. She was overall in a terrible mood from the beginning of the transaction so I chose to walk away.
