Hello to all fellow food lovers!

I decided to give the highly acclaimed Masala Veggie Burger a try, and as always, I ordered a meal with onion rings and a Coke

Shubam, welcomed me at the POS and took my order. I asked for the burger without tomatoes and extra Piri-Piri sauce. I was told there would be a 15-minute wait, which I agreed to. Fresh and, hot food is always worth the wait. Surprisingly, my order was ready in about 10 minutes.

I chose a table facing Starbucks. The food court was comfy and warm, with only a few customers enjoying their morning coffee. 🌅☕.

"My burger was carefully assembled and neatly packaged, looking tempting with the perfect temperature and aroma. The bun was toasted to perfection, and the masala veggie patty had a deep golden-brown crisp exterior while remaining hot inside, with a flavorful potato base and visible bits of carrot. The lettuce was fresh, crisp, and vibrant green. However, the strong piri-piri sauce was quite overpowering, masking the natural flavors of the patty. I realize that my request for extra piri-piri sauce may have contributed to this experience, so I plan to try this burger again with the standard dressing."

"The onion rings were perfectly fried to a golden brown. It's exterior was crispy, while the inside featured a chunky, juicy, and sweet onion ring."

I had a delicious idea and slipped a couple of onion rings into my burger. Their sweetness perfectly complemented the fiery kick of the piri-piri sauce. The combination was absolutely divine 💗, and I devoured the entire burger in no time 🗲.

I paid $14.45 including HST. I believe the food is worth the price I paid.

I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction with my recent experience on 16 December 2024 at your Vaughan Mills location. I ordered a Potato Buddy Burger—a vegetarian item—but was served a non-vegetarian burger instead. As a vegetarian, this mistake is not just careless; it is deeply disrespectful and unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of attention to detail and disregard for customers’ dietary preferences, which could have severe consequences in certain situations.

When I raised this issue with the General Manager, I was offered a refund of $4.01 as compensation. This response was both dismissive and insulting. I did not accept the refund because this situation is about much more than just a monetary value. It’s about trust, respect, and delivering on the promise of good service. A mistake of this magnitude cannot simply be brushed aside with a token refund.

A&W’s failure to take accountability for this situation has left me deeply disappointed. Mistakes can happen, but how you address them defines your commitment to customer satisfaction. In this case, the resolution offered was inadequate and demonstrated a lack of seriousness in addressing a critical error.

I urge you to take this feedback seriously, ensure your staff is properly trained, and put measures in place to prevent such incidents in the future. I expect a genuine apology and a better resolution for this experience, as this has completely eroded my trust...

REALLY rude staff, bordering on downright ignorant. The gentleman that was running the till rang everything up individually when I specifically asked for a combo. When I asked him about this he started making excuses and then I told him that this is frog. So he finally ranges up properly. So this seems to me like they're doing this to a lot of people to make a little bit more money. As well the floor is filthy, you have to ask for anything. They weren't going to give me napkins, I asked for a fork to gave me a spoon. I asked why did you give me a spoon and I was told it was for the gravy. I said well what do you mean for the gravy? I was told that you used to spoon so you could eat the crazy. I asked for a fork and they said they didn't have any and then I pointed out I can see the bin with the forks man I have a court case so they gave me a fourth.
